I had to bring my 11 month old daughter in for sort of an emergency exam, it appeared she had traumatized one of her few baby teeth. The receptionist who answered my phone call was exceptionally friendly, and very helpful when it came to verifying my insurance quickly. The assistant, Jaclyn, was so great with the baby, and the baby actually cooperated and let Jaclyn look in her mouth (something she wouldn't let her father or I do at home prior to the visit)! The dentist, Kathy, was equally amazing, and my daughter did so well for being so young and her first visit. I would recommend this group to absolutely anyone, and I plan on taking my daughter here for every checkup in the future!!!

I would recommend Nelson Ridge to anyone who is looking for a dentist. Dr. Etchison is amazing. He doesn't rush out of the room if you have questions or concerns like some other dentists I've been to have done. The staff is so friendly and the office is beautiful! I was a brand new patient and called at 6pm with some pain and an infection. The friendly office staff got me right in at 8:30pm. I was greeted with a smile and treated like a patient and not a dollar sign. The dentist was also amazing and explained everything. I would highly recommend. This place is AMAZING so far! I’m extremely picky about dentist offices because I’ve had some bad experiences in the past, but this place is awesome. The dental hygienist who worked with me was super nice and did a fantastic job on my teeth! The prices were reasonable (I used my dental insurance, which they accepted, but my sister paid out of pocket for a teeth cleaning and i couldn’t believe how inexpensive it was!), the environment was super clean and overall warm and inviting, and the staff and the front desk were SUPER helpful and did not push me to do anything I didn’t want to do. Love it and DEFINITELY recommend it to anyone who’s looking for a new dentist office!

I recently started going to Dr Paul Etchison and Calla (RDH) and I think they’re outstanding. I switched from my previous dentist after they kept making billing mistakes. Nelson Ridge Family Dental is very professional, very clean, and a pleasure to work with. I never have to wait more than a couple minutes in the waiting area and watching the TVs on the ceiling while my teeth are getting cleaned are a nice touch as well. Simple things like automated text reminders/confirmations make them easy to work with. Highly recommend!
