My parents have a history of switching medical offices whenever they feel a business has poor customer service (it's definitely a them problem not a business problem). The fact that they still attend Cambridge Dental Care after 15 or so years speaks volumes for Cambridge by itself.
As for me, I moved towns and I still travel to Cambridge rather than switching to something more conveniently located because at this point... They're kind of just family.

Everyone there is friendly. Dr. Brubaker is awesome as well. I hate dental appointments, but Dr Brubaker and his staff are great and have made every visit easy and painless!

dr. brubaker are his staff are amazing!! from the moment i walked in i felt calm, seen, and knew that i was in the right hands. they take their time to listen to you and your concerns, and they work with you to get you where you need to be. highly recommend his office to anyone.

Very happy with Cambridge Dental Care!! I called and got in for an emergency visit same day which was great considering I called multiple places and no one could help me. I have had horrible jaw and tooth pain for 2 days. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Also my assistant that took my x-rays was amazing. I gag horribly normally and he was the first person that has ever been able to not make me gag and got the picture!!! Doc was absolutely amazing and so helpful especially being I am leaving for vacation in 5 days!! I would highly recommend this office to anyone!! Thank you Cambridge for being amazing!!!

I made an emergency appointment on Monday for Wednesday. They called to cancel but couldn’t get my back in to almost 2 months later. If anybody know how bad a tooth ache is they should know. The lady on the phone basically said do you want the appointment or no.. now I have to do this process all over again & still dealing with a tooth ache. So frustrating
