I was referred to this dentist by my father and I can see why he likes it so much. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Was able to schedule and exam and cleaning within a week of calling and also received a great new-comer coupon.
The exam was thorough and they walked me through my treatment plan entirely. The cleaning was painless and friendly. Caroline my hygienist did a fantastic job and made me feel confident with how I’ve been taking care of my teeth. The ladies up front even helped me with insurance questions which lead me to finally buying insurance after putting it off for three years. Overall a wonderful place and team if you’re looking for a dentist I’m the metro east area

I recently transferred to Stone Falls Dental Care and I have no regrets. The staff are professional and efficient, they took great care of me. Special shout out to Doreen! I'm in my mid 50s and she is the first dental professional, other than previous dentist, who truly left a positive impression on me. I can't recall any others from my past dental offices. She clearly communicated what she was doing as well as helped explain how our teeth and mouth have so many links to our overall health. I highly recommend checking out this office if you are looking for quality dental care.

Dr. Prane and her staff at Stone Falls Dental provide exceptional service. They are kind, courteous, and professional. They explain what they are going to do in detail. The great experience begins with Sara at the front desk, her welcoming smile, and her knowledge on management of insurance issues as well as explaining out of pocket cost. Office is clean and they work around your schedule. Highly recommend Stone Falls Dental.

If you haven’t found a dental hygienist yet I would recommend Caroline . She is kind patient and always makes sure my teeth and gums are looking their best at each visit. She is most always on time which is a plus! Yet I have never felt rushed and has time to answer and questions or listen to any dental concerns I have. not really sure how she doesn’t that ! You’ll leave looking forward to your next visit at Stone Falls Dental Care.

The team at Dr. Prane's office is awesome, I always feel like part of a family when I am there. I never have an issue with getting an appointment. The team ensures that things are scheduled in a timely fashion and that they are available in an emergency as well.
Everyone speaks to you, and they remember who you are, which is number one, in my book. My birthday is this week, and l had an appointment on Monday evening, and they
got me a birthday card!
