Since the pandemic I feel like customer service has declined greatly. I did not feel like this with Dr. Mike, Sherry and Carress. Everyone was friendly and really paid attention and addressed my concerns. My drive to get to the office was almost an hour, but I prefer quality, so I will be coming back.

From the moment I drove up, called to advise I was there (COVID rules), walked into a clean establishment and greeted with a smile. Dr. Smith does a very thorough job explaining the process of your dental work. He also asks do you have any questions. They also make sure you are comfortable and safe during your dental work visit. From the front desk manager to the hygiene dental assistant/ cleaner and of course Dr. Michael Smith I have only received the top care. The office is spotless! Dr. Smith has insured all safety measures are in place to give his employees and his patients the safest environment during this pandemic. There is plenty of parking just outside the door. My whole family goes to this practice and we are very pleased.
