zero professionalism, i was highly uncomfortable. the jokes are horrible and everything felt rushed. wish there was an option to rate 0 stars

I have been in extreme pain from a broken wisdom tooth. I came here for help was seen and in 5 minutes I was sent back to waiting room to be told I need to see an oral surgeon. Was given no referral n still dealing with the pain even more extreme now. And have been referred here by friends with same issues and they had no problem getting there teeth pulled. I had insurance or cash eaither way. Glad to see a dentist turn someone away to sit in pain just to get worse. This is a place to go to waste your time... thanks for nothing.

Awesome Dr and entire staff!!! Everyone was so nice and professional. I had a tooth extracted and had no pain at all. They really know what they are doing!!

I've legit been going to this dentist since I was a kid, im and adult now and he's just an amazing and sweet dentist along with all the staff their. 10/10 reccomend going

Just went there today! Had a wonderful experience, even though they were short staffed, thus having longer wait times.
Al-Dadah is unlike any dentist I've ever had, and thus he won't be the best fit for everybody.
The layout of the office is super open, meaning you can hear him talking to patients from the waiting room. The 'rooms' in the back are also all connected, meaning he and his staff have the freedom to move quickly from one person to the next.
It was different, unlike any other medical building I've ever been to, but as he describes it "I dont like secrets. We dont have them here. We dont hide anything." And honestly is was so nice. I know there were no people in the back screaming from pain, something I've heard at other dentists.
Speaking of pain, there was none. He stuck a needle in my gums, and nothing. Pulled out the tooth within 30 seconds, and sent us on our way easily. Opening my mouth wide enough was the hardest part of it all.
Overall, I can't say anything else about him.
He apologized for the wait, explaining he was short staffed, even though the wait time was less than we expected (20 minutes, total waiting).
I will definitely be going back to him, regardless if he takes my insurance or not. He is worth the cash if I have to dish it out.

Have yet to go to my appointment but I'm just going to give a five stars on the customer service I have received so far I am 24 years old and have never had teeth problem until now a filling fell out of my molar and the tooth cracked. There were able to get me in as a new patent and they also take me insurance "meridian" which is a plus! Can't wait to be pain free from this tooth!

Today.. I need my tooth pulled ASAP! I called Dr. Al- Dadah office and spoke to the receptionist Sylvia who was awesome! Dr. Al- Dadah was very nice, and professional.. Thanks to his dental assistant Brandy.. They made me very comfortable! My office went smooth and fast! I highly recommend this Dentist to anyone!

What great bedside manner. I had four teeth pulled and he was as gentle as possible. Its a busy office and the front desk could have been more thorough about the process. They only take cash or a check so you will want to be prepared so you don't have to leave to go to the bank. Great doctor!

I have always been impressed with this office, staff is and has been extremely friendly BUT this last visit was very disappointing! I took my 8 year old child in to get a tooth extracted, she was upset about the shots and this made the dentist very upset, almost to the point that he refused to do anything. The building was filthy, bathroom was filthy, rooms were filthy. Nothing was disinfectanted, after each client they sprayed the exam chairs with gain scented air freshener, not wiped down, or even disinfected with lysol. I understand most clients are low income or have the state medical card, but we deserve to have dental work done in a clean, sanitary business!
