Recommended useless treatments. They give electric tooth brush to every new patient and charge >$100 for it unless if you point it out specifically and ask them to remove it. Also for any follow up treatments, you have to pay upfront when you book the appointment. Went to another dentist and they said I don't need those treatments. Stay away. Rip off!
Don't believe all the five star reviews. Its written by either their staff members or their friends because most of the five star reviewers only wrote 1 review in their whole life and only for Aspen dental?? fake!!!!

Had called (on a Thursday) to try to get an emergency appointment on the Monday that I didn’t have school because I’m a teacher, and on Saturday, 2 days later, got a call saying that the dentist won’t be in the office on the Monday that I already had an appointment scheduled for. Terrible business and will never return.

If I could I would give Aspen Dental a -0! My fiancé and I both had appointments about a half hour apart. We waited 3 hours before being called back to see what we there for. Once we were there we waited and waited approximately another hour. We walked out after 4 hours!!!!! A week later they billed us for the appts. Anyone who goes there is definitely going to be ripped off. THEY ARE A RIP OFF

Simply put it was a bad experience because I was told that I could not get a cleaning unless I got my gums cleaned and scaled. At first the hygienist told me that she could loose her licence if she did a cleaning without scaling my gums. Then the dentist was brought in and basically told me the same thing. They determined that since I had an infection between my two front lower teeth ( the only place according to the intra oral x rays they took) I needed to get my gum scaled. I politely refused in which they had me sit down with the office manager and she told me the same. Further more she gave me a price after what my insurance covered and asked once again if I would want to finance that amount (about 280.00 dollars) which i politely refused. I understand that they have policies and procedures that they have to follow but i felt like they were trying to force my hand and coax me into getting a service that was not completely necessary. Never going back and I will never recommend them to anyone else.

The best place you don't want to go! I mean that in the best way possible, because (let's face it) who really WANTS to go to the dentist?
The reception staff was very personable and professional. The office is clean and bright.
I laughed and had a good time having my X-rays taken! How many times in your life can you say that?
Todd - the hygienist - was AMAZING! Answered all of my questions about my course of treatment on the hygienist side of the plan. While having a procedure done, he was very patient with me and encouraged me along the way. Excellent!!
Dr Surampudi is very professional and patient. She took the time to explain every piece of my treatment plan. I was in for my first appointment with Todd (I didn't even see the doc) and she spent 20 mins at the end of the day talking to me about questions I had and even squeezed me in for a procedure to ease the pain I was clearly in.
The office manager (Josh?) is a hoot. He tells you how it is and if he doesn't know, he will help figure it out with you - a definite go-getter!
I have never been to dental office before where they treated you like a patient/human and not a number. I actually like going to the dentist now... Well, at least to see the wonderful employees at Aspen Dental.
I highly recommend this office to anyone!

Most of the staff is friendly. When my husband had dental surgery and he was suffering with a great deal of pain, they wouldn't make an appointment until 2 weeks out! He called back a couple more times to try to get in and they didn't even return his calls.

A year ago I would of givin this place half a star and I've had he same dentist for my whole expierience but today was different ... the desk women are ALWAYS amazing and have the best attitudes possible but the dentist and I used to not get along to great! .. I have VERY VERY VERY HIGH anxiety over the dentist and today had two teeth pulled by the time he came in the room I was a shaking bawling mess and by the time he was pulling my teeth he had me about as much calmed down as he could have he did an amazing AMAZING job and would recommend him to anyone! Once I'm in a panic attack it's EXTREMLY hard to get me off that ledge but he did an amazing job.. the trust I have with him now goes above and beyond he did a FANTASTIC job! I don't know what has changed but he's even changed my outlook on my dental procedures. I will be using them from now on for all my dental procedures!

Scheduled an appointment for eight days out. They called me and asked if I could come in today. I agreed only to go to the office and wait for an hour and not be taken back to the dentist. They were overbooked and forgot that I came in. Don’t waste your time, because they can’t manage theirs.

I had an excellent experience at Aspen! Todd F. was my hygeinist, and he was FABULOUS! Best one I've ever had, hands down. So very nice, understanding, kind, and you can really tell that he loves what he does. Be sure you request him when you go - you won't be disapppointed!

Great experience. The office staff was very friendly and helpful. Ashton, the Dental Hygienist, was very friendly, informative and gentle on my teeth. The dentist was great also.
