Aspen is the best Dentist office I have ever gone to. Love the staff. They are always so nice. I had Todd as my Hygeinist. he is amazing and so kind. Explains everything he is about to do and is very gental. =]

First off Ashton, nick, and Maria at the peoria il location were super nice and tried to work with me. However, final straw of my almost 4,000 problem still isn't solved and when the dentist and his staff made me leave for an hour "so they could take a break/lunch" and come back for a 5 minute soft lining procedure after driving over an hour to get there, was a little uncalled for. Also here I sit with no permenant teeth, a huge bill to go somewhere else and not even a sorry or a partial refund was offered from them. Nick the office manager tried for me to come back but after several attempts and problem not fixed, couldn't see wasting anymore gas money, time, or effort on my part since they didn't want to fix the problem. Most of the other staff is rude, forecful, uneducated when it came to dental customer service and I didn't appreciate it. I personally know customer/patient needs should come first and problems should be addressed. I would like someone from corporate to contact me to solve this issue asap!

It starts with the great receptionist, the very thorough hygienist (Todd F. )who is fastidious with cleaning and being upbeat. The office is upbeat and a very knowledgeable Benefits Advisor. The dentist is thoughtful and actually listens to your concerns.

every thing went well, got me taken care of in one day. x-rays, cleaning & temp. cap to save the tooth that my pratial plate fastens to. very pleased with the way the whole team stayed on task to save my tooth. looking forward to the appointment to install finish cap.

Dr.T was great and explained everything that was going to happen as they began the first step for making my permanent dentures. I had to leave my dentures for 2 hours for the first impression. Went back 2 hours later ( I live 25 minutes away) . "They are all at lunch and I don't know what is is going on come back in an hour" WOW

I went to the peoria il office to have a partial denture made and the Dentist left me sit in exam room for 30 min, after x-rays. Then the office manager came in and told me the Dentist didn't want me as a patient.

I lost my job a little over two years ago and have not had dental insurance for most of that time. Three of my front teeth broke in that time period and I really needed to get them fixed. I did some checking around and found that ASPEN DENTAL could help me fix them and even though crowns are very expensive, they are helping me get my front teeth fixed. Nicole has been a jewel about getting me started and helping me find financial help. Gretchen has also been very helpful in the process. My hero in all of this is Amber. One of my temporary crowns has been giving me trouble and I had to go back in to have it adjusted. Amber took extra special care to fix it just right so that it did not interfere with my other teeth. Today I had to go back in and had the same problem, but Amber stepped in and took the time to fix the problem again. I told Amber that she was my hero and I meant it. Thanks to the whole staff for helping me get this done. I am still waiting on the permanent crowns, but I'm pretty sure that it will be a piece of cake. Oh that reminds me.......I need some dessert..

From the amazing Rebecca in the front, to the wonderful Dentists Dr Gogineni and Dr Singh to Nicole in the money/loan dept and around to Todd who is the best dental hygienist. In the past I was terrified to go to the dentist for a couple reasons-besides pain-costs. Aspen worked with me so I could get the work I needed and take care of my teeth health. Very empathetic and patient, the whole office is wonderful and I highly recommend them to friends and family. :) <3
