I was put in active status for military duty and switched to Tricare Dental insurance through United Concordia. My previous dentist did not accept United Concordia so I set an appointment with Aspen Dental.
Facilities were clean, modern, and new. Service both at the counter and in the dentist chair were prompt, polite, and knowledgeable.
I appreciate that they really seem to know what's going on when it comes to service member dental care. I was asked by every person I came in contact with if I needed a Form 2813 form my records.

Came in for first time dentures, the staff was very helpful, they made sure i was happy with my treatment plan! Office was very nice (tvs in every exam room WHAT?!?) i had to bring my youngest son to my appointment and they made sure he was comfortable and engaged in conversation with him which made me a very happy mamma! I will recommend Aspen to everyone i talk too!

This office is a complete mess. I booked an appointment as a new client online and when I showed up to the appointment they informed me they “booted my appointment “ because they didn’t have a hygienist scheduled and didn’t even bother to tell me. I rescheduled and got a call the night before to tell me they couldn’t do that appointment either because they literally has zero dental hygienists on staff. That tells me this office is bad news. How bad of a place is that to work that they can’t staff a single dental hygienist. Will not be attempting to go here again, so frustrating!

I was so terrified to go to the Dentist . But my experience with Aspen dental was awesome from the time I walked in they was very nice. They took the time out to explain everything that was going on. X-rays was done the young lady who did them was wonderful pleasant and made it very easy and comfortable. the doctors were wonderful nice. Thanks to the doctor that call me that night to check on me. I appreciate each one of the staff there in Peoria you guys are awesome. Thank You!!!

I have not seen a dentist since before Covid. My mouth was in need of work even before then. Needless to say, I was nervous going in. The entire staff was just wonderful! They gave me no judgment. From the young woman that did my X-rays, the dental hygienist, Dr.T, even the office manager, who gave me the financial news, they were all very professional and non judging. I’m glad I came to Aspen Dental. I’m looking forward to my care and the final outcome of my smile!

Very nice and organized. Took their time and communicated what they thought very well. The check in with Ivy went very smooth. The Dental Assistant and Dr both explained what they saw and how we should move forward well. The Hygienist Ashley did a wonderful job cleaning my teeth. My smile hasn't felt this nice is a long time! Overall good experience.

The Team at Aspen Dental was super professional. The cost for a consultation as of June 2021 with no insurance is only $19 and includes XR so that was amazing. They were great on the phone and very helpful compared to other places.
It took me about an hour and 15 min from the time I signed all my paperwork till I was done with the consultation. So be prepared to be waiting for a bit.
I went to see the possibility of getting my wisdom tooth extracted but they referred me to a surgeon. They gave me some medicine that helps me a bit with the pain.
Overall, great job. I recommend it.

Cracked my front tooth on a Thursday evening. Was able to get an appointment via their website by the next morning as soon as the opened at 9 am.
First visit, everyone was friendly and professional.
This rating is based on my initial exam and x-rays . Which BTW was $19 due to a promotion. No work has been done yet.

Aspen Dental not a good fit for me, so I reduced my evaluation from 5 to 3 stars.However, was satisfied with the front desk personel. Thank you Tonya and Dawn for the final assistance.
