Highly recommend. I have never had a bad experience. My children have been patients for over 5 years and have had a easy and quick experience every time.
Me personally, I have been turned away by most private practice dental offices and given the run around on referrals because I needed a deep cleaning. I was placed with Charlotte Jakkula and she was so graceful in helping me right on the spot. I was in and out in an hour with more confidence than I have had in years. She is the dentist you hope to meet.
The staff has also been very helpful and attentive. Which makes the experience that more pleasant.

First time coming here and all the staff were very helpful and caring! Had Dr Patel and she was able to do the cleaning AND fill a cavity that several other dentists didn't even bother with all in the same appointment. I would highly recommend this office to anyone who has Medicaid. The doctor also approved of my Oral-B Pro 1000 rechargeable toothbrush and fluoride free toothpaste as well, which is an added bonus for me. Thanks for the great care Familia Dental! The numbing was basically pain free thanks to Dr Patel leaving the numbing gel on long enough to allow the numbing shot to not hurt. Wish all dentists took the time to make sure their patients were comfortable before doing any dental work.

These people messed up a friend of mines dentures and kept telling her they were ok and despite the fact it kept causing her pain and cutting her lip, the “doctor” claimed to say she said they fit ok in her mouth to avoid taking any blaming for messing up her dentures. The way they talked to her was highly disrespectful which i addressed in the moment. I would not recommend this place.

update: went today and she had a lot better experience which she said they had someone else working with her more and actually put attention into making sure it’s being done correctly which we appreciate. Thank you for making the second trip better.

I had the opportunity to see Dr. K with Eva and I was getting my partial as my dogs had chewed my other ones and I needed one ASAP. They were phenomenal at getting everything that I needed and getting it very quickly. I was extremely satisfied with their bedside manner, as well as getting what I needed quickly not to mention cutting the cost as I had just gotten one and needed a new one quickly. Front desk was absolutely amazing and helping me with easy check in and I give props to Ryann for that.

The dentist was responsive and timely with treatment and questions. Unlike some other dentists, she seemed to care if her tools were causing pain. It is recommended that she teach her staff the same customer service.
One staff member at the front desk did not greet anyone with a hello (but took their payment well).
The dentist's assistant seemed annoyed that I didn't turn my head the correct way when she ordered me to turn it without clarifying which way. So, I recommended she explain. "left or right".
There is one person who probably keeps the customers returning there. Holly Lee gave me financial information and kind professionalism. Thank you Holly for telling me about the $65 special to have x-rays and a cleaning!

I took my daughter there not too long ago. The dentist (some guy) wasn't bad. I didn't appreciate how he forced my daughter's head in his lap for the exam. The dental assistant wasn't bad at first. Then she sent us home with the fluoride to do at home because my child was upset.. this was the first time she had ever been to the dentist so of course she was scared.. She's only a little over a year. We definitely will not be back

I had a very good meeting with the people at the Familia Dental. Bri was especially nice, and very pretty, she gave me my things from the dentist office for patient Appreciation Day. Especially my sticky note holder, that was like way awesome. And I love Dr Patel and her assistant Colleen. Thank you to all and Merry Christmas

I have taken my daughter to Familia Dental for years and the staff have always been friendly and caring. The orthodontist has done an amazing job on my daughters teeth. I would recommend Familia to anyone looking for affordable Dental care.

I am very happy with our dental experiences every time we've been here. The staff is friendly and our wait time has never been unreasonable. Dr. Patel is wonderful and always leaves us feeling better! Colleen cleaned my 3 year olds teeth for the first time. She was so patient and made the whole experience fun for her by showing her the tools first and what they do. Thank you Dr. Patel, Colleen, and Lexie for another good dentist appointment here!

The staff and Dr K are wonderful. I had my teeth cleaned and they felt great. I’d highly recommend. The manager kami listens and helps with any of my concerns. The front desk girl named Ryann was very pleasant and welcoming
