I was called by my first name by a woman who then escorted me to an exam room. She failed to confirm my identity and didn’t ask for my surname until she had begun her initial examination at which time she realized she had the wrong patient. Kim, the hygienist I typically see, intervened, apologized for the mistake and provided excellent care, as she always has. Five stars for Kim.

Dentist, while friendly, mumbled his name and did not look at me when introducing himself and shook my hand on his way out the door with his back to me when leaving. Still have no idea who he was. Hygienist was extremely friendly and thorough.
