I am very pleased with how I was treated
The staff was very knowledgeable and kind with the procedures they performed. Explained what they were going to do and why. I was given several options to chose from and explained to me what each one was. I was able to make a very informed decision. We agreed together that it was the best one for me. After agreeing, the process moved quickly. I wanted my 2 FRONT TEETH by Christmas and I shall have them. Can't wait. My daughter recommended this office to me and I am glad she did. I know several people that have had dental work done by this office that were very pleased and also recommended them to me. If I move to Peoria, I will continue with this office. I have had unpleasant experiences with other dentists and did not go back. I shall return to this office. Thank you for taking excellent care of me.

What's not to love?

Absolutely terrible experience!!!! No bedside manner what so ever!! It's like a production line and they charged us in full before they performed any work on my mouth. They were more concerned with getting their money than fixing my broken bridge.
Oh and not to mention that Dr Richard is as rough as guts!!!! Don't put yourself through it!!!!
