Dr Mckone is awesome, as is the rest of the staff there! I’m not a huge baby, but my teeth are very sensitive and I’m not a fan of pain and going to the dentist. I hadn’t been for just a couple years and needed a cavity taken care of where I lost a filling. They numbed me up well and were very gentle with me, and I never flinched from the drilling. Overall, a very pleasant experience, as far as dental experiences go!

We travel over an hour to get to Marcin Dental because of their courtesy, professionalism and realizing what services we need at that particular time. Excellent customer service, great techs, and office staff. Friendliness goes a long way. That's why we have chosen this office for many years. We started in the Canton office and followed Dr. McKone to Peoria. He is great, so personable. We always recommend Marcin Dental and will continue to.

My experience with this company started off okay doctor and hygienist were great. I never received my replacement tooth that was custom made for me due to scheduling conflicts. Never got return phone calls to get tooth placed and still haven't. Insurance billed and paid out. Not happy at all.

I can’t say that a visit to the dentist is “fun” but they are always prompt and professional. I have had the same hygienist for several years now and she is great. The doctor is always friendly and quickly checks my teeth and advises me on their condition and care. (Aside: I have a history of very few dental problems so my checkups center on cleaning and diagnostic tests like xrays and gum condition).
