One star is alot for these crooks. Over 6 months ago I had a crown done by Marcin dental. By mistake insurance sent me a copy preauthorization papers. I thought Marcin dental straightened it out with insurance. They just kept charging me more and more money. Six months ago. I compared the insurance papers, with my bills from Marcin dental. I was over billed, or overcharged $490. Of course. I wanted my money back. Requested in writing with itemized bill. Plus another follow up letter. One request in person. 3 phone calls, looking for where is $490. Apparently Marcin Dental and Elite Dental Partners. Get a bit rude when you want your your money. I guess they think you will just give up. They do not understand you when
you explain what a late fee is or what past due amount means. After a little over 6 months. I did get some money. Minus late fees and interest.
Where is my money? CAN YOU TRUST THEM WITH YOUR MONEY, NO!

The staff was helpful getting me in at a convenient and optimal time. And the dentist and Dental professionals operated like they really enjoyed what they do. Made the experience very pleasant!

I had a dental cleaning, and was supposed to see the doctor at 3 following the cleaning to fill a lower front tooth that is chipped and driving me crazy. I told him I wanted it filled even if I did knock it off and have to keep refilling it. He said he would use a bur to shave off the sharp edges and that would be good because filling it in that spot would mean he would have to keep refilling it. He shaved the tooth crooked and shorter than the rest of my teeth. Not impressed. Looks like a skyline now. I am very particular about my teeth and take excellent care of them. This little nub of a tooth is infuriating when I told him what I wanted and he wouldn't listen. I told them in the chair I wasn't happy. The hygienist told me she had to move on to her next patient. Really? Let's just move you along now. Needless to say, looking for a new dental office.

Very thorough cleaning today by a very pleasant and caring girl. Doctor was extremely informative when I asked him about implants. In waiting room only a few minutes and front desk was very cheerful and helpful. Great experience for someone that used to hate going to the dentist! Love this office!

Great experience, but I don’t remember new dentist to me telling me his name. The office has a hand-shaking welcoming history, but I don’t think it is a sanitary policy, I don’t think it is necessary to be friendly. I really like the office services, staff and policies. I have been a patient here for probably 20 years

I had a fabulous appt yesterday with Marcin Dental. My hygienist Leann was so professional and warm and friendly that I will request her if I can the next time. Dr McCone was great too. I didn’t feel like I was just a number to them. This will be my dentist office from now on!!!!! Thanks for making my appt a great experience.

Dr. K. reattached an 18 year old crown that had come out. Was clear that it was likely to come out again and gave information and referral for my next likely steps; took quite a bit of time with me and did not charge for visit. Very personable and good chairside manner.
Am glad when my old dentist retired he sent his patients here!

Very friendly atmosphere, well organized with very little wait time. Teeth cleaning by a knowledgeable hygienist who obviously enjoyed her work and did a great job. My dentist was recovering from surgery, but I felt very comfortable with the dentist who was covering his patients for him.

Kim has been my hygienist for years and is excellent! She is kind, personable, and does great work! The dentists have always been professional and have provided great care as well.
