Another patient was NOT wearing a mask and no one said anything to them. I have respratory issues so I scheduled to be the first patient of the day to minimize the possibility of infection. I am disappointed in the staff at Northgate Family Dental.

Everyone was very friendly. They got me in and out very quickly. I am not a big fan of going to the Dentist and the Hygienist had me laughing the entire time. It helped calm me down. :) I appreciate it.

Spent nearly $3000 getting my teeth fixed here before my divorce was finalized and I lost my dental insurance. Paying 26% interest because I had to finance the work to get it finished. Now that everything is said and done they are telling me I am responsible for part of this work because the insurance denied some of the treatment "UNNECESSARY WORK". They are making me pay for it. They're response: "we don't let insurance dictate what dental work we deem necessary." RUN DON'T WALK AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS!!!!!!
