Extremely detailed and very kind! The stressfulness of everything coming at you at once will get to you though if you're not mentally and financially prepared! And of course most people are not prepared with finances when it comes to Dental. I wish more dentist offices understood this including Northgate yet they were so kind and respectful knowing my situation that we were able to come to an even balance and I'll be able to get my work started that I need done. I would definitely recommend them!

I hadn't been to a dentist in years due to extremely sensitive teeth and a general dislike of pain. I decided it was time to get some things checked out and just searched for "Best Peoria dentists" on the internet. After reading a few reviews I decided to give Northgate a try.
I was very apprehensive about the whole thing, but from the moment I walked in I felt at ease and comfortable.
Ashley was assigned to be my hygienist and was as professional and sharp as anybody I have ever dealt with in any medical field ever. She went above and beyond what I ever expected. And, Dr. Taylor listened patiently to all of my rambling questions and answered them thoughtfully and completely.
Northgate is a world class dentist office and I absolutely recommend them if you are looking for a new dentist. Easily 5 stars! Oh, and having no dental insurance, I feared the cost of my visit. But was blown away at how reasonable my bill was. Just an amazing experience.

Northgate family dental is the most friendly dental office my family has ever been to. We have been clients there for more than 5 years. The office staff are very helpful and nice. The hygienists are all very gentle and caring off your particular needs. Dr Lambourne is just a wonderful dentist and person all around! He does great work and has great care for every one of his patients. I highly recommend anyone to come here, especially with a family. They have been great with both of my children! Love them!

Dr. Sharar was absolutely amazing. I didn’t feel a thing during or after my root canal! He and his dental hygienists, dental assistants and receptionists were so friendly and made sure I understood what needed to be done. Highly highly recommend Northgate Family Dental!

Solid work but almost if not always late getting back. (In my experience) I would take that with a grain of salt. If you have your whole day open than it's ok but if your on a strictish time schedule where you being seen at the time you are booked matters I would look else where.

I have always been treated like family at Northgate. Good friendly professional service. I have no problem in referring them to friends or family. My teeth were not the greatest but they have taken the time and effort to give me a smile I can be proud of. They always remind me when I have an appointment and and are good about getting me in with my hectic schedule. Good people, good service, excellent results. It's a win, win situation with Northgate.

First time visiting this office. Dr. Taylor was very nice, did not rush my visit, and answered all of my questions. He was thorough and wanted to make sure both he and I understood the desired outcome for my appointment. Office was very clean and they had plenty of materials to help with the wait times (variety of magazines, TV, etc). For the main waiting area, I would suggest either closed captioning or the volume be turned on for the TV. Very pleased with my experience.
