All of the office staff and doctor were very friendly and made me feel very comfortable. I have severe anxiety with dentists and they took the time to slow things down and ease my worries. There was no embarrassing judgement or lecture on how I haven't been seeing a dentist regularly, they seemed to meet me where I was and thoroughly explained what I need to do moving forward. If you have anxiety about going to the dentist and have been putting it off, this is a really good place to go! I highly recommend Northgate Family Dental!

New patient. Came in to go over options for my chipped front tooth. They took the time to explain there was more than just the composite that so many other dentists had done for me. They are willing to work with me on billing and very knowledgeable.

I came into this office and had some fillings done with Dr. Lambourne and I was very impressed; every other dental office I have been to has had lots of issues numbing my mouth and he got it done in one quick shot! I was also extremely nervous and the staff was so welcoming and made me feel right at home; he even played my favorite music in the back (: loved this office and would recommend it to anybody!

I love Northgate Family Dental. They’re so personal. They do their best to help you fix any dental needs/concerns ASAP and are very understanding about scheduling needs/changes. Front desk girls are friendly and funny. The dental hygienists do a great job and make you feel like a true friend - not just a patient. Dentist does great work. Will go there as long as I live in Peoria area.

Went in with a severe ache. They got me in early, promptly, were very quick and efficient. They not only fixed the bad tooth but found other problems and fixed them also. They worked with my budget and found a way to make it work. So I got 5star service at a small price. I will be back I've found a home!!!
