Called at 4PM on a Friday for a little emergency work because I chipped a tooth fairly good. They got me right in when no one else could get me in till the following Monday. In and out within an hour and very happy with the results. Both Dentist and staff were great.

It's not a assembly line. Like you get at a lot of health care facilities. And yes dental is a important part of you health care. The staff is very pleasant they remember you and make sure your needs are taken care of, they answer any questions. If you don't understand they will take the time to explain until you do. Your comfort is a priority and staff does ask about this often through out procedures. I would and have highly recommend Nothgate Family Dental.

As a new patient they requested that I show up at 8:15 for 8:30 apointment so that I could fill out new patient paperwork. I got to the office at 8:15 and a sign was up that the staff was In a team meeting and would be out shortly. At 8:30 the staff came out and I was given paperwork, after I had sat in the waiting room for 15 minutes ā time that could/should have been spent filling out paper work. The visit went up from there-the hyienest was very efficient and was able to do her exam and cleaning before the doctor did his exam. Checkout was an easy process. Overall, besides a few minor process changes, very pleased with my visit.

Dr.Taylor and his team are outstanding! With a twinge pinch of discomfort there was no pain at all.I had a Crown temp, filling and extraction all at one appointment. Had it done fast and professional, I couldn't ask for better service anywhere. I'll be bragging about you for weeks.
