My son started going to Northgate recently and so far we are not impressed. My son spends a lot of time in the room waiting for the dentist and the appointment times always run way over (2 hour appt becomes 4 hours).

I cannot believe I’m saying this, but I actually look forward to going to the dentist! The entire staff makes going there fun! I actually fell asleep during a root canal on #18! UPDATE: I broke a molar. Don’t know how I did it, but it happened. Tracy (looks like the little redhead girl on Peanuts that Charlie Brown has a crush on) made the evaluation easy & Dr. Phoenix was in quickly & was very friendly. The office people make the insurance end of this easy, too. Amanda is the best! I still look forward to going to the dentist. What’s wrong with me?!?!?

Great service and the staff is extremely friendly.I have been going here for 7 years and every visit has been a great welcome. Shelly is one of the long-term staffs there that I have had the pleasure to build a friendly relationship with. Great place all around.

They did not get me in immediately when my tooth was excruciating. I had to go to a different clinic to get an immediate exam because the recep. said she could only get me an apt 1 week out. I ended up needing a root canal. Also, one of their younger assistants had insulted me when I had told her I needed a few crowns. She said, "oh, for your front teeth?" ... My front teeth are fine, just a little longer than the rest. I was very insulted and did not receive an apology. Idk if it's just my luck, but I never have had a good experience going to this place and will not be returning.
