Dr. Valerin is by far the best dentist I’ve ever been to! I love how friendly, enthusiasts, genuinely caring, full of life doctor is. And not only is he that way but his entire staff is! I also love how much he values each and every one of his employees by the amount of activities he does for them. He truly is a wonderful person and dentist!!

I did not want to post, but I have been suffering for a long time. Was told I needed a crown, then had to have it drilled after which left me with horrible sensitivity. I knew I needed a root canal first and suggested it but didn’t matter what I said. My husband was also seen here, had a crown done too and Dr. Left a piece of drill inside it which another Dr. Had to extract. We have proof X-rays of all of it as the second opinion had to fix the issue. Needless to say, we had an extremely unfortunate experience at this office. I called after all issues and the receptionist was nice but Dr wouldn’t take any responsibility, in fact he acted upset…after a follow up appointment which didn’t resolve anything because he said he didn’t see anything wrong. Pain is subjective, how are you going to dismiss it and make excuses. Well, your patients are the ones suffering and have to deal with issues for who knows how long. Not to mention we had to pay twice, by the way, we pay out of pocket. I’m sure many love this practice and that’s great, but just be aware, we had faith in Dr and it did not turn out the best for us.

Loved this office! The ladies were all so kind and the dr was very descriptive and thorough in going through the procedure. Sailor was definitely a nice touch to the office as well! Looking forward to making this my primary dentist office!🌟

Like a lot of people, I have anxiety about going to the dentist. However, I also have social anxiety. I avoided the dentist for years because of this. My teeth had gotten horrible and I knew I had to do something. I FINALLY got the courage up to go to the dentist and was crushed by the rudeness of the Dr. Valerin. He spent all of five minutes with me and said "If you're not going to take care of your teeth there's no point in fixing them." I was unbelievably embarrassed and felt horrible.

I feel like I'm in the right place for dental work. I've been impressed by the technology, tools, and knowledge of staff, catering my standard cleaning to fit my needs and concerns. Sometimes I feel like we have dentists caught in the 90s - not the case here!

If you need dental work done use caution going here. My husband had implants years ago due to a birth defect. To make a very long story short they LIED to us! Told us the implants needed to be completely redone to the tune of $30,000!!! Yes you read that correctly. Valerin along with Dr. Couri were to do the work. We asked them to call the original doc that did the implants...which they said they did....that's a lie! We asked if we should just go back to the original doc...we were told absolutely not! We were told Dr. Valerin was adamant that we not return there. Now we know why...original doc...who is AMAZING ... said my husband didn't need any work done. Implants are in perfect shape. Original doc is very impressed at how well the implants are holding up. Shame on these other doctors that were going to put my husband through so much to redo implants on top of the financial cost to replace all his implants!! Absolutely horrible!!!
