Highly recommend Dr. Gallos! First, our kids really like him. Dr. Gallos and his staff take such great care in explaining things in a way the kids understand. He has a conservative but proactive approach to dentistry, and when we do need work done, he will expertly and meticulously work to restore our dental health. We've always been able to fully trust his recommendations and care for our entire family. His office sometimes has a long wait for routine appointments, but we've never ever been turned away when we have an urgent need. Dr. Gallos and his staff work really hard to care for their patients.

Great group of people - my appointment was promptly on-time. The staff makes it entirely painless to get through all the normal paperwork and record updates they need to manage.
Everyone in the facility was very pleasant and seemed eager to make sure I was taken care of promptly and courteously. The facility itself is spotless! They even have special air-handling equipment to make sure the patients and staff are comfortable.
Dr. Gallos was timely, professional and very good-natured after my cleaning was complete.
I highly recommend this place for Dental care. Top Notch!

Mary Anne and I had a wonderful visit during our semi-annual appointment at Heritage Grove Family Dental. Both hygienists, Joan who took care of me and the Sherrie took who attended Mary Anne were very extremely capable at their craft. Dr. Pete Gallos runs a great shop; everybody there is very "patient conscious" and easy to talk to.
A visit to the dentist can be a pleasant experience.

This was my second time here, 6mos ago was my first time in years. This still is by far my favorite dentist office, the staff and hygienists and Dr. Gallos are all super nice, the place is very clean and has that home feel, not your typical doctors office!
(Update 9/2022: Everyone is so nice! Truely this is one doctor appointment I’m comfy with! I still love coming here! There’s usually HGTV on the TVs in the room which who doesn’t wanna see home remodeling tips!)

Can I just say I have Never had a dental experience like this before. I’m 65 and have lived in another city for years. I saw the same dentist for the past 40 years. I move to Plainfield and have a dental emergency so found Heritage Grove Family Dental. They get me in the same day and within the hour, I’m getting a pain free root canal. Done and didn’t feel a thing! Dr. Gallos is a Rock Star! Carrie took my information over the phone and greeted me at the door. Olivia was so caring and wonderful, saying I could hold her hand if I needed it. Lynn explained the costs before the procedure started so I wouldn’t stress about it. I really liked this touch so you’re not shell shocked at check out.
My experience with everyone was beyond my expectations. If I move away, I’ll drive hours back to him, he’s that good.

Dr. Gallos is always professional, but noteworthy is that he takes the time to discuss everything and answer questions until you are fully informed. I really didn’t understand how informative he was until today when I was going to be referred to a specialist for my root canal repair. Lots of info, lots of questions - he took the time to explain (and clarify)!
