Everyone is so kind here! Everyone one kids come into contact with is always very nice and caring with my kids. My son 💙 has a few sensory issues and they really made sure he was comfortable. Definitely recommend!

They do good work they're just incredibly careless. They forget your allergies for prescriptions, take notes that are inaccurate for what happened during procedures, and don't even remember you or your procedure even if you got it earlier than day. The customer care is far too lackluster

The office staff, dental assistants, and Dr. Mosoof were all very kind and patient with my 7 year old. She ended up needing a tooth pulled and is already nervous about dentist but they talked her through everything. They didn't get upset when she cried and screamed at times and they comforted her as best as they could. She was happy again before she even got out of the chair. I'm very grateful that we found this dentist.

Amazing service !! My daughter has autism she has been struggling forever to get a filling everyone was so kind explained everything and was very sweet and understanding it's amazing to have such a great pediatric dentist so close to home :) we will definitely be returning ! She actually looked calm and happy and she has very very bad anxiety about the dentist very pleased! And I'm very hard to please at times. Thankyou to the dentist and all the staff at all family dental and braces Rockford !!

I had a general dentist appointment with a female dentist and I can’t recall her name but she was fantastic. And this is my second appointment with the orthodontist and that has also been very pleasant. I’m really glad that someone suggested I come here.

Dentists are great until it's time to give you an appointment that you have to wait 6 months for it and then getting a call that it's cancelled because the dentist won't be in that week. They can't schedule sooner either since they're the ones canceling. I would have to wait another 6 months smh.

I am very satisfied with the service my children receive at all family dental and braces. Doctor Sumer Mosoof and her staff are very friendly and I really enjoy bringing my boys here! My youngest is usually not a fan of dental cleanings but the assistants here are very gentle and fun! I live an hour away from the office but it is well worth my drive! I will continue to bring my children here!!!
