I literally just had the WORST customer experience with this dentist office I have ever had with ANY company. I scheduled an appointment online to be a new customer. I am a united states postal worker and I have phenomenal insurance through GEHA. I uploaded that insurance as well as my secondary insurance which is through public aid. I received a call today before my appointment saying they didn’t accept public aid. I said that’s fine, I have insurance through my employer which I uploaded as well and asked if I need to reupload it. I reuploaded my primary insurance and called back to make sure they received it. Whomever answered the phone told me that the post office has terrible insurance and they won’t pay for my services! I have had this insurance for 6 years! It’s one of the best insurances offered to any human being. I will be filing a discrimination complaint against this company because they very clearly didn’t look at my primary insurance once the saw public aid!

They are a great group of people. All staff are very thorough and are great with folks young and old. They worked hard to make my daughter have fun from her first cleaning a couple of years ago, so much so, she loves going to her appointments!

The whole team at Lindsten Dentistry is awesome. I have a hard time getting numb and have very bad past experiences. Dr. Lindsten was able to figure out how to get me numb and fix any issues I had. Everyone is so friendly and gentle. My son absolutely loves going to the dentist and asks when he can go again!

Can't say enough good things about Lindsten Dental. The staff is always so nice and takes the time to explain everything to me starting with Jan at the front desk. I have been going to Dr Lindsten for 3 years and have never felt anxious about going. I have my teeth cleaned every 6 months by Tina who is the best. My teeth have never been healthier with her helpful tips she is always giving me and does an amazing job cleaning my teeth. Dr Lindsten and his assistant Jody are also the best. They are both very gentle with any procedure I have had to have done and always making sure I feel comfortable. Everyone in the office always greets me by my first name when I come in and always ask me about my kids and family remembering details of the events in my life. They will take the time to get to know you and your family and genuinely care about taking care of you.

There’s not a whole lot to say here besides we love Lindsten Dentistry. I have only been to one other dentist office my whole life when I moved away a short period of time and it made me appreciate Dr Lindsten’s more. The smaller office team makes for a much better and personable experience.

I have been receiving dental services at Lindsten Family Dentistry since he opened his practice. Everyone is cheerful and friendly and everyone from Dr. Lindsten to everyone else in the office cares about their patients. There are a few staff who were there for yrs before with the previous dentist and it's like greeting old friends when I come in.
