I would totally avoid this place for any root canal/crown work as well as any wisdom tooth removal. For the past couple months and taking so much time off from work, I have been going back and forth to get one tooth fixed and pain free.
It all started with a chipped tooth and almost 8 visits with root canal and 2nd permanent crown, I have severe pain, severe hot/cold sensitivity, and can't chew anything from my left side.
Before getting the permanent crown 2nd time, I brought up that I'm still having pain and can't chew. I was told there is nothing he can do besides pulling out the teeth because there might be a crack, how did I get a crack which never existed until he touched it. Removing the tooth meaning I will have to get crown implants which is a lot more money for them that I will have to pay for, sounds like a scam.
About 5 years ago, I also had my lower left wisdom removed from one of the visiting oral surgeons which took him 50 minutes and two 10 minute breaks. Half way through the procedure, he said I might have to come back to get it fully removed because he doesn't have the right bit, seriously?
I called to see what could be done and was told Debbie(Manager) is in a meeting and will call me back, two days later I'm still waiting for a call.

Lisa is the best. Very thorough and knowledgeable. I enjoy my sessions with her. The ladies at the front desk are very helpful and nice, unlike your usual dr's office front desk people. I recommend it.
