All were nice. They were very personable.

Worst dental facility. Don't ever go to this place. First I had a dental emergency and called to get in. They said they could get me in at 1 o'clock and to come 15 min early. I called when I arrived and they said they would call when a room was ready. I sat in my car for an hour before calling and them and them telling me they forgot and telling me "oh yea come in" . Keep in mind at this point I have been in agonizing pain all day. I then get in and I'm standing at the front office for 20 minutes before someone comes to the window to tell me that they didn't know I was waiting for an hour outside and 20 min inside. I finally see the dentist and they tell me they will x ray me and see what's going on. They come back and say that I have an infection that they couldn't treat and I had to go to the emergency room. So now I'm charged for a consultation that they did nothing and left mid conversation to talk privately. Fast forward to me going to the emergency room for 4 hours. They tell me all I need is a stronger antibiotic that any dentist could have prescribed. So now I have a 500 dollar emergency room bill and a 140 dollar bill from this dentist. Horrible service and unprofessional. They also talk to you like your stupid. I will never go back or recommend them to anyone. Do your self a favor and save your money and go to Dr james keikos in Arlington heights. He is a real dentist.

I had a gum skin graft Jan 19th 2022 with Dr. Soltani. This is a very evasive procedure to begin with. However, a moth later it's almost completely healed and I have almost 90% gum coverage again. It only took 50 minutes and Dr. Soltani was fast and efficient. The recovery was not easy for about a week. But after that it got better daily. The 600mg motrin was a must have.

I didn’t know my daughter’s pre-k needed a dental exam for her yo start. The dental exam I had was more than 6 months old. The private daycare states she couldn’t start unless she had a most recent dental exam. So like most last minute parents I needed either a same day appt or next day appt. I called the Dental Store and they were able to get her scheduled the very next day. The professionalism and service they provided from check-in to check out was absolutely exceptional. They made sure my 4yr old daughter was comfortable, and gave her a dentist goody bag to go home with. I would recommend the Dental Store to all my friends&family.

I found the place through my insurance and I knew the store front as I shop in the area. The waiting area is great and the place looks very nice when your inside, but its the cleaning and service which you need to find important and this place delivers. I'm not exaggerating when I say I walked out to my car and said out loud to myself, "I think that's the best cleaning I've ever had." You can tell when a hygienist is doing spotty work, skipping or giving up on hard to reach or clean places. Not this time! She went over each tooth and gap in a deliberate methodical way and when there was a tougher spot of plaque she didn't try to ram the tool through, but used considerate and painless pressure to get the job done. Then the doc came in later reviewed everything in detail (they take some pretty cool picture sets) and he was able to take a look and fix some preexisting issue I had with a permanent retainer, like in 5 mins, an bam the thing that was cutting up my tongue for the past year was gone! And for all the people out there with covid concerns (since I'm writing this during this cursed year), leave them at the door. They decked the place out where you think they are run by the cdc. They even have mobile Hepa filters all over the place. If you have to get your teeth cleaned, go to this place. Only caveat, first appointments takes over an hour. And in my opinion, time well spent.

The office atmosphere is business like and very upbeat. All of the employees I interacted with were very nice and friendly. The Dentist and Oral Surgeon couldn't have been more thoughtful. Both listened to my concerns and explained everything thoroughly. I would recommend this business to everyone!

The hygienist was amazing and very sweet. The rest of the experience was not so great. The dentist was in the room for all of 60 seconds and didn’t even give him name. Walked in, looked at my son’s teeth, signed his school form, then left. Then, at checkout we paid a “surcharge” that we were never notified of. $10 extra to cover the cost of PPE. I’m sorry, it does not cost an extra $10 per person for PPE so they are using this as a money maker. The receptionist said, “oh, Whoever booked your appointment was supposed to tell you. Sorry.” I also had to sit in my car to complete forms online that they didn’t bother to send when we initially booked our appointment. Overall, very unhappy with the experience except for the amazing dental hygienist. She was great with my 5 year old.

Dr. Glen is the best and the entire staff is very nice. I see Jackie for my cleanings. She is very thorough and her friendly manner makes the visit fun. If you choose to go to the Dental Store you will not have any regrets.

It was a fine experience. My wife and I made appointments to get the standard teeth cleaning, mine had to be rescheduled due to a mix up in communication with the front office. The cleaning was good and the hygienist was nice. The dentist showed up for maybe 2-3 minutes, without introduction so I dont know his name. He didnt say much and just asked the hygienist if everything looked fine. She said it did, so he repeated that to me. Overall, seemed like a decent hygienist and clean, but I wouldn't recommend it if you think you have any other issue.

Amazing office!!! Came in as a same day emergency patient— they accommodated me right away and treated me like a lifelong patient. Front desk staff, assistant Brian and Dr G were outstanding. Will be coming here for all future dental treatment and would recommend to all!
