They are extremely careless and I am in pain after more than a month. They over priced me. First they seems too friendly, but only to make clients, then when they have to fix what they did so wrong and so painful, as always they do, they treat you so bad and so rude. No money back nor compensation at all. Don't waste your money nor you time here. You're going to regret it if you go... BELIEVE ME!!!!

A very clean and safe dental office with individual exhaust venting in every dental suite, all staff have masks and face shields, and even provides a disinfecting mouthwash as you enter. The BEST and SAFEST Dental place anywhere. Thank you Dr. Shulken and staff.

I was in pain from one of my teeth so I called THE DENTAL STORE in Schaumburg IL. They took me in right away. Dr. Asher Gelman was my dentist there .He and all the staff there are great. I got fixed right up all in the same day. It was painless both in my wallet and Mouth. Love this place .

Dr. Gianni fixed my immediate problem then did an evaluation to recommend other service. Less than 4 stars for a long unexplained delay between Xrays and evaluation. Also the Xray experience was painful because the sensor was too big for my mouth.

The Dental Store is amazing! I have been going there for a few years now, have had 3 or 4 crowns done as well as cleanings 3 times per year due to sensitive gums. When I first went there for a cleaning I thought was going to be 20-30 minute cleaning I was used to, but instead it was a 1.5 hour appointment so they could look at every single one of my teeth in detail and assess what I needed done. They are always very thorough and I am a baby when it comes to pain, so they know to be gentle and when needed, give me lots of novocaine/numbing meds so I dont feel the pain!! Highly recommended!!

Amazing place!! I've never felt more comfortable and taken care of in a dentist office as I have here. Dr.Brenner and his assistant are a great team! I had an emergency root canal and felt no pain throughout the process. I highly recommend them!

They care which is nice. They have a cad cam machine to make crowns and fillings in store, but then refuse to use it. So everything take 2 appointments and costs $200 extra for a lab to make things. One infection is taking 4 appointments and 2 months to take care of. If you have the extra PTO to go back to the dentist over and over again this is a perfect option.
