We've come here for a couple of years, with no complaints. I even recommended them to friends!
This last round of appointments for my family was extremely upsetting. Twice I received calls saying we could not be seen due to our last appointment dates. This information was incorrect. (Then my reminder call came after my appointment telling me that the appointment would be the next day.) The dentist was insulting, and rough with her exam. A deep cleaning was recommended, but the dentist would not compare my x-rays to the prior ones on record as I requested. I was quoted two prices: $1800, or $500 if I booked in the next month. This is shady business. You're working at a dental office...not selling stolen goods out of your trunk. We will NOT be back.

I initially liked them but it'd going down hill they won't let you use more than one insurance so I pay out of pocket more than I should. And thr dentist was beyond ruff using the tools (which are sharp) to move my tongue out the way cause it was annoying him.

Under any circumstances DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTIST. The front staff and corporate staff is unethical. They charged me for services that I did not receive and said that because I had an insurance pending claim they were going to hold my refund. I spoke to front desk Maria who said she would get me to corporate. After two days Janine from corporate called and did not apologize for my horrid experience. She was insenstiive and did not know how to do her job. The dentist is nice and I think knowledgeable, - I recommend to get new staff and coporate office before you go bankrupt. I am filing a claim with BBB, FTC and the American Dental Association.

-5 rating. Went in because of a front tooth cavity that was showing BLACK ON MY TOOTH. When the dr looked at it she told me “it’s not a cavity it’s a reaction to silver fillings some sort of gum tattoo. There’s nothing I can do about it and the rest of your teeth look fine no cavities” or old her I haven’t had a silver filling since I was about 9 and it was in the back of my mouth. so then she replied with “side affects can show up,
up to 20 years later and spread anywhere in your mouth.” I believed her and had no work done. Couple months later I go to a different dentist who tells me I have 10 cavities and the one in front is so bad Behind the tooth the black is showing in front!!! Screw that lady

Very disappointed they did 3 crowns and they refused to fix them when they broke. I had to pay another dentist to give me new ones . They don’t care about you or the work they do. I don’t recommend this place at all.

The receptionist was very rude For no apparent reason when I called to schedule an appointment this is been the third time she’s going to rude over the phone.... got a tooth pulled the Dennis was OK but the customer service was very very very very awful Going to the dentist can be a scary thing so being greeted by a very rude person at the door does not help at all in my opinion avoid this place there’s too many other options to receive poor service

Went there to have tooth fixed or removed.after one hour,ten xrays.visit with doctor,they tell me can't save it must come back in 23 days to remove it.????? What do you think I'm here for NOW??? Just want my Insurance money. Stay away from them.notfyig th BBB

Horrible won't recommend. A month to get appointment... needed tooth extraction. They couldn't garantee tooth would be extracted at that time! Really !🤔
