Advanced Dental Care of Springfield

I highly recommend Advanced Dental of Springfield, Il. They are professional, skilled and very caring.

When I first started coming to Advanced Dental Care I was terrified of going to the dentist, that was a couple years ago. With the professionalism and empathy of the staff they have gotten me over my fear. Now I always know my visits will be pleasant every step of the way. Each of the employees there do a fantastic job at welcoming patients into their office.

Every time I come to Advanced Dental Care, I find it hard to believe I'm in a dental office. From the moment I walk in and am greeted by one of the girls at the front the front desk, the experience is positive filled with smiles and laughter. I have the best dentist I have ever had in my entire life and always feel like my care is in good capable hands. Whether the girls are talking to me or each other when I leave, it's always friendly and warm conversations with smiles flashing and joyful conversations. Had i found Advanced Dental 10 years ago, I wouldn't need the work I receiving today. I am thankful for the entire staff and their care at advanced Dental and would recommend them to anyone.

Staff and Dr. Schlee did a great job explaining everything prior to doing it. They made sure my daughter felt comfortable and was not in pain. They answered all our questions.

First visit. Pain. I said no needles. But they got me with not 1. But 4 of them. Second visit. Pictures and x-rays. Told me I had to come back and talk to a finance person. Why? Why do I have to do that. Instead of getting work done. How expensive is this place? May go back. May not. But I'm not letting them put any needles, picks or probes in my mouth. And they know I have insurance. And still have to see a finance person. They must think what they do is worth Fort Knox amount of money. May be better to stay home. Oh. And I'm not giving up my coffee. I know it has acid. And I know I drink a lot of it. But it's either that. Or go to jail for killing someone.

Wow fantastic experience! From the time I made the appointment I was impressed with the care,and attention that I received! The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming. Denise was my dental assistant she was amazing and knowledgeable , really impressed! Then Dr Schell was very friendly and down to earth as well. A+

My experience with Advanced Dental Care of Springfield was way beyond expectations. I called in the morning with a problem, and they were able to get me in the very same day. The staff was very professional, and informative from front desk, to the dental assistant, and of course the dentist. The entire building was extremely clean (I look at those things). It had been a couple of years since I had been to any dentist, and they put me at ease. I would recommend Advanced Dental Care to everyone.

The dentists at Advanced Dental Care of Springfield are all awesome! My husband, daughter, and I have had multiple experiences with all three dentists and their bedside manner is something other dentists should aspire to achieve. On top of that, their ability to make you feel calm and comfortable in a normally stressful environment was equally matched by the dental work they completed for each of us. Also, the dental assistants are just as amazing as the dentists they are assisting. They help to ease your anxiety from the second they come in contact with you when they greet you at the front desk through every minute you are in the examination rooms. I would recommend their services to anyone looking for a more enjoyable experience at the dentist.

I had a terrific first time experience here. The staff is very friendly and welcoming! My dental hygienist was very thorough and polite as well. I highly recommend this office for anyone searching for a new place to go to for their dental needs!
