Very thorough exam. Hygienist and doctor did great job explaining and summarizing x-rays, images and procedures. So glad this provider is on my insurance plan and that we were able to taken on as new patients.

I had an emergency situation which they were able to address immediately even though I had never used their services before. Upon arrival the staff was very welcoming and professional. After a thorough examination Dr. Neely was able to recommend a plan forward to rectify my present issue as well as future issues. I have anxiety when it comes to dentists and because of this I haven't been in years. I finally sucked it up and made an appointment at Advanced Dental and let them know ahead of time about my anxiety. They are by far the best group of people! They made me feel as comfortable as I could be in that situation. Went over everything they would be doing at this appointment and then went over what needed to be done right away and what would need done down the road. Ash was my hygienist I believe her title was and she was wonderful! They knew my insurance and what it would cover, what it wouldn't, when it rolled over and how to get the most out of my coverage. My dentist was so friendly and understanding about my nervousness and anxiety. Even the ladies up front who went over the financing and insurance were amazing and knowledgeable! I plan to switch my son here as soon as possible. Oh and the best part is, I didn't sit and wait past my appointment time! I got there 10 mins early and was taken back immediately. I cant say enough about how great they are!
