Very professional service I expected the fast food style dentistry get you in and out and give you cheep quality work just to make you feel as if you got what you ordered.. But they are a great office very professional and handled all aspects of my dental care with concern for me and my treatment. It was very refreshing to deal with the freindly staff as well. I really had a great experience with the dentist in my area and Pricing that was very reasonable compared to privet practice dentist. Lower price doesn’t always mean lower quality care, it just means you will get great dental work done by a professional that will care about you and save some cash doing it as well. Heck if you can eat after your appointment you will still have enough to hit up the Golden Arches for some lunch lol. Hope this helps someone in making a decision.

I had the best experience at their office! Everyone was so great and was very professional! I drove an hour and a half away to see them because there was no one near where I lived that could see me till may! They got me in the very next day of my call and also stayed after the closed to pull out my teeth that was causing severe pain! I was not expecting that and about cried of happiness! I will always go there for any of my dental work!

The staff was friendly and took care to explain my issues clearly. The dentist spent time understanding my other health issues and addressed them thoroughly. I received the expected results thst I had not gotten elsewhere. Overall I would highly recommend Aspen.

Hygentist was great and thorough, but the billing and politics of this place is bad, STAY AWAY. I Recieved bill in mail after a cleaning and I asked if I owed anything they said no, that my insurance covered it. Turns out they dont tell you of an OPTIONAL treatment after your cleaning that insurances dont cover. They sneak it in without asking you if you want it or not. They just do it, then you receive bill in mail for it. I have been to ASPEN 3 times now, 2 different locations in springfield and they all do the same thing, I'm done with them and I hope this sways some from going there. I had some work done at the dirksen branch and had to have another dentist fix it, save your money go elsewhere.

Dr is absolutely the best. He is so client focused and caring. He diligently attempts to make you feel as if you are the only client he has. He rights wrongs and does his best to ensure you are healthy and happy. If all Aspens employees and offices were like him and his, Aspen wouldn't need commercials as word of mouth would spread like wildfire in a positive fashion.
