I was in need of an immediate denture they got me in that day had a cleaning molds done for both upper and lower and had my dentures two days later. Staff were always friendly and accommodating.

Dr Prakash, is a very kind person, he's good at what he does, and he explains what he's doing, he speaks too softly, he has to speak up, when talking to the patient. His staff members are nice to the patients. So far my visits to Aspen Dental have been pleasant, but I don't want to see the rent a dentist's there again, because I find that they haven't resolved any problem I've had, I had to wait for Dr Prakash, because I had a crown cemented on twice, and the crown didn't stay on until Dr Prakash cemented it on. I've been in serious pain for 24 hours now because one of the workers there named Dawn told my insurance company they could accept my insurance, had me make an appointment for 3:15, only to get there and hear "we're not an in-network provider for your insurance, so they won't pay". Please hire people that know what they're talking about.
