Aspen Dental

I went in extremely anxious and nervous, as I knew I needed a lot of work done. From the X-ray tech, to the dental hygienist, to the dentist, I felt extremely comfortable and at ease. They all explained the processes of what they were doing, and had no judgment for the state of my teeth. They gave me a breakdown for my treatment plan, and offered options on how to afford the treatment. I left feeling hopeful they’ll be able to restore confidence in my smile again!

My appointment at Aspen Dentsl was great.
The office staff and the clinical staff were all very friendly, efficient and answered all my questions. The Doctor explained what the plan would entail and reviewed options for a lower denture. Overall a 10 out of 10.

Dr Jorge assured I would not encounter any discomfort or pain during the multiple procedures to be done and he was absolutely correct!! I was checked on constantly and even received warm blankets for the chilly room. I wish I’d started out at Aspen Dental from the beginning! I’ll surely return for more dental work! Can’t say enough great things in this small space. If you need any dental work I’d highly recommend them!!!!

Very professional, fun and friendly. Best Dental experience of my life. I hate going to the dentist because of all the negativity I usually receive. All the staff didn’t focus on the negative they focused on the positive and made me know they will do everything they can to make my dental health the best it can be. I really, really hate the dentist! And that's why its been over a decade since I've been to one. I can honestly say I really regret it now. Aspen Dental was very comfortable, and reassuring. The entire staff was incredibly helpful and passionate about the whole experience. Now I'm excited to go back for cleanings, and anything else I can think of. So far it’s only been my first visit. They were able to tell me more than the dentist I switched from, though. They laid out a plan and since I pay out of pocket, they were able to give me a pretty close estimate for what everything would cost, broken down into each visit.
Everyone was very nice and professional. Seems like a very easy going place.
So happy I switched dentists!

Everyone at Aspen was absolutely amazing! Very kind and pleasant to be around, made me feel totally comfortable - coming from just another person who does not like the dentist at all. This was a wonderful experience!

Worst experience I've ever had at a dentist and I've had a lot of dental work the dentist was unprofessional kept leaving me to go work on other patients the whole reason I went there is because I had a Crown that fell off not only did they not fix that but he put an ignorant looking kemper a Crown on me that hurt me gave my gums infection and fell off 2 days later I'm in excruciating pain

I always enjoy my office visits. Everyone is professional but also has a good time. The dentist is very good at putting you at ease about any procedures that you may have to have. Would recommend...

Beware! I've always taken good care of my teeth (no cavities, brush twice daily, regular dental checkups). When we moved to Springfield, I decided to try Aspen, because it was one of the few places in town that accepted our dental insurance. On my first visit to Aspen I was informed that I had seven cavities! I trusted their dentist and allowed her to give me seven fillings (in hindsight, a naïve decision.)

The first few fillings were simple enough, but I had to return a week later to get the rest. When I went back, a different dentist worked on my mouth. His body odor reeked and he was much rougher with the drill than the previous dentist had been. When the numbing medication wore off an hour later, one of my teeth was extremely sensitive. I waited a few days, but the pain only increased, so I scheduled a follow up to allow the first dentist to correct whatever the second one had done. Even after she "fixed" it though, I still had moderate sensitivity with that tooth that lasted about 6 months.

I did not return to Aspen, instead I started going to another dentist in town who informed me that my teeth were all in great condition and that the filling on the tooth that had been sensitive was in fact really poorly done. I have also talked to several people in the last two years who have told me that Aspen also pressured them into getting multiple fillings despite having no prior dental issues. I do not know if the fillings I received were all an unnecessary scam, but I do know that multiple dentists before and since Aspen have told me I have flawless teeth, while Aspen sold me seven fillings and really botched one of them.
