I had to have a new lower made. It took me a year to get my bill fixed the blue cross lns. It cost me an additional $600 because I had to have a crown replaced they did failed and broke because the first lower didn’t work and caused the crown to break! nice second doctor who is now fixing the problem? Not happy

I drove two hours here to get some emergency work done, was 100% worth it. They were able to start me on a comprehensive plan to better tooth health and worked with me on a payment plan that I can achieve without breaking the bank. 10/10 would recommend

X-rays and cleaning in the morning, then dental work the same afternoon as a couple of problems showed up (I was not surprised at this). Staff is professional, but not distant. I was never kept waiting. Except, that is, because the dentist had a tech check my blood pressure. It was unusually high. So, they kept me seated and relaxed, tried the test a couple more times, and proceeded to what I consider a very successful job. Almost painless, I was eating pizza within a couple of hours.
Never had a dentist check blood pressure before. Sure glad she did. Followed her advice and contacted my personal physician with the concern. All in all, it was a surprisingly good visit(s). Thanks to the entire staff!

This was the worst place I’ve ever been to! Had all my teeth pulled at one time and had bone chips like crazy my dentures haven’t fit right since I got them I wish I’d never had them do my dentures, and the stitches they put in were coming out before I even made it home! I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone it’s all about money to these people and that’s it! I definitely wasn’t impressed or am I happy very disappointed with it all I’ll never go back or recommend this place to anyone ever!

Beware the up-charge
I have great teeth and have been going to the dentist for my whole life. The first thing that happens is they clean my teeth.
Aspen dental does not do this. They try to create a treatment plan of extra charges before they will provide a cleaning. I asked to have a cleaning and they refused.
They will look for any reason to charge extra.
Unfortunately Tricare Dental limits where service members can go and now are stuck being ripped off by places like Aspen Dental.
I will have to pay out of pocket and go to a dental practice that is not trying to con me.

Honestly, they’ve always done a good job for me. They’ve offered options but they’ve never overcharged me for unnecessary work. They’re honest & have a good “bedside manner” & never make you feel insecure about any dental issue you’re having. Dentists are a common fear for many people, but the employees at Aspen have always made me feel comfortable. I appreciate that about them.
