Staff was extremely nice but they put a $150 electric toothbrush on my quote without even asking me. It was also $850 out of pocket total for my bill which I knew was way too much so I left before work was done and went to my regular dentist. All I had to pay at my regular dentist was my $175 deductible so I will not be going back to Aspen and I recommend that people do not go there.

I love this office. I've had a string of bad luck with dentists, to the point of just thinking about going to one raises my blood pressure, and I dreaded getting my teeth checked. Everybody in the office was so calming and reassuring that I was able to relax. The dentist is by far the nicest man and he explained everything in a way I could understand. He even saw my son before me, and was so friendly to him as well. If I could give 10 stars, I would.

I can tell you Dr. Jose was an angel. I went in in extreme pain, having already been turned away by two other offices. He was kind, understanding, and human. He is rare. I felt no pain, which was outstanding since most dentists refuse to listen to my novicane tolerance. No, my insurance isn't covered, but this man and his staff are worth it when tears of anguish turn to tears of relief.

Kensey the office manager was awesome she made my anxiety go away when it came to the whole financial end ! She is awesome ! The hygienist and dentist was great too they set up a plan to help me get my smile back !!! Thank you to the whole team at Aspen Dental!

I had an Emergency on Sunday and they got me in 1st thing Monday Morning. Everyone was very nice. The Doctor and his assistant were fabulous and explained everything as they were doing it. Rickie was awesome and constantly check to make sure I was okay during and in between the procedures. I rarely leave reviews but had a great experience here and would recommend it and definitely go back.

I scheduled a new patient dental cleaning appointment about a month in advance. They explained that they have to do a doctor exam before the cleaning so we booked extra early in the day to accommodate both. (First time I’ve heard of such a policy but hoped it was a sign of professionalism, not maximizing health insurance billing.) I was clear that I didn’t want X-rays, just a cleaning, and they said it was fine. I repeated several times that I was only going to be in-country for this day to emphasize that I can’t come back another day. When I arrived for my appointment, they led me to take X-rays, I declined, and then the assistant and doctor informed me that it’s illegal to do an exam without X-rays. Also first time I’ve heard of this. I offered to sign a waiver or work toward any other solution. I tried calling my other dentist to transfer the files, but when I asked if they would even be able to do the cleaning today, they said there wasn’t enough time. So in sum, no one informed me in advance that X-rays were required during the multiple phone calls I had with them nor requested that I transfer my files in advance. They didn’t accommodate the schedule to allow a consultation or cleaning. I’m flying back to Africa without having my teeth cleaned. Such a frustrating experience.

I went in with major pain from a DIFFERENT dentist. The staff was so friendly and took such great care of me. Explained everything in detail, and fixed me right up! My dentist at Aspen, was very gentle, and caring. I won't go anywhere else! Love them!!!

Aspen Dental is one of the most up to date dental offices I've ever been in. The staff are incredible. They went out of their way to make sure I understood every phase of my treatment. Dr. Phillips is extremely kind and knowledgeable. Most of all, the talked to my about my dental needs, explained the costs, and set me up for follow-up appointments to get the dental work completed. This dental office is wonderful.

Dr. Phillips and staff like. to have fun. I heard nothing but. laughs, and seen smiles all day. I've never felt so calm and comfortable at a dentist office. Best exp I've had with dentist . Dr phillips is genuine and treats people with respect.
