Aspen Dental

I got to Aspen Dental at 3:30 and I just left and it’s 5: 30. Not sure why it took them 2 HOURS to tell me that they can’t do anything for me and that they’re referring me to a Oral Surgeon. I could hear someone’s conversation for 30 minutes and the radio is very loud. All they do there is talk talk talk talk talk and they’re rude at the front desk. The only pleasant part there was Dr. Larry the dentist I saw. He was very kind and patient. Only reason i came to Aspen,was because i was in a lot of pain and they’re the only office that answered. Other than that,I will NOT be back.

I have had hereditary issues with my teeth but I went into Aspen and Dr. Gupta and staff over the last year have gone above and beyond when it came to correcting all of my dental issues. They have worked professionally and efficiently to resolve my issues. They also have worked with me on my schedule to make sure that treatment is taken care of quickly. I highly recommend the staff there and there work.

The staff treats you like family. Professional, friendly, compassionate and caring. This office goes above and beyond listening to every detail of your concerns and needs. Hands down the best place to go

They were super friendly and walked me through every step they were taking. They explained my teeth problems clearly and answered every question I had. With being uninsured I appreciated the payment plan options they provided and plan on going there from now on for all my dental needs.

I am a patient at the Veteran's Parkway Aspen Dental. I have always been highly anxious about dentists. Dr. Gupta, Amy, Jim, Katie, everyone, was so patient and gentle with me. I am still nervous about going, but I will get all the needed treatment done because of how caring the staff was.

I went there for a specific problem of my 3rd molar, I ended up waiting for more than 2 hours doing X-rays and digital photos and general Checkup for my teeth that I didn’t ask for and add the end the visiting dentist who I was waiting for more than 2 hours told me that he can’t do something about it!! It would be wonderful if I could have this answer when I came in 5 minutes not after 2 hours !!time and money wasted for nothing. Then I said I will give them a second chance, worst customer service ever, just for cleaning my appointment was cancelled because of exactly 12 minutes delay despite me calling before and no one is answering. This place is really not recommended unless you have to.

Pleasant customer service... how its a business. I was encouraged to go with the most expensive plan... the basic dental plans specifically for me were mentioned, but not stressed. With today's economy, it probably would be best to offer equally all dental options...

I had an emergency. I fell and broke my front teeth and had a wedding that night and I was out of state. I was so happy to have a Saturday option and other then not getting seen right away, though they were temporarily short staff everything was great. The tech who X-rayed me was sweet and very fast, she was great. The dentist was great, very calming and the receptionist checked me out quickly. It was an overall good experience of a bad situation. Wish this office was in NC.

I and my wife have been to the Aspen Dental in Springfield, IL several times and are very satisfied with everything. First, the staff are very friendly and always make you feel at home. Their dentists are very professional and perform a great job. In addition I feel their fees comparatively are very reasonable. I recommend this office to everyone young and old very highly.
