He couldn't before due to an issue latching because of the tongue tie. Their office was so welcoming and friendly every time we came in. I am so glad we went there. Dr. Baines and all of her staff were so wonderful for my toddler's first dental experience! The receptionist greeted me in a friendly manner and the check-in process was only minutes! After my daughter was born my mama instinct kept telling me that my sweet girl had a lip and tongue tie. After seeing a few doctors they either told me no or agreed but also said they didn’t think it was serious. We were having nursing struggles along with anxiety about weight gain so I decided to make an appointment. Upon examination she did have both, as I suspected. I was made to feel so validated in my struggles when previously I had been made to feel less than by others, like it was my fault my girl was having problems with something that should be so natural. They helped me to understand exactly what was happening and how our symptoms could improve with just a short procedure. I can say with confidence that now we have had the revision I have a completely new baby. She nurses so well, is gaining weight like a pro, she is so happy and less gassy. I told my husband that I wouldn’t hesitate to take Avery back because I genuinely felt like she was so well taken care of and I felt more at ease. I’ve been telling all of my friends and family how amazed I am with the team and their knowledge and our success. I definitely love this place and trust them with the care of my baby.

The staff was very professional, patient, and knowledgeable. The oral ties procedure itself was very quick. I appreciated the time they took to train us in the post procedure stretches. We also appreciated the water and coffee in their (very clean) waiting room. I would definitely recommend Baines Dental Wellness!

I can't express my gratitude for Dr. Baines and her staff. My 2-year old had a good fall and some damage to his two front teeth late one night. Not only did her staff takes calls the night of, they met me in her office the next morning (when they were supposed to be closed) to fix him up. It was his first dental experience so could have been overwhelming, but they took such good care of him, gave him all the goodies, and reassured me that everything would be okay. I'm so grateful for this practice and trust them with any and all of my family's future care.

They were excellent at explaining everything to us about my daughters tongue release. Willing to listen to our concerns/questions and also willing to listen about concerns we have with our son who had his release two years ago somewhere else. They are even willing to fit him in for an appointment to make sure things are still good with his release.
