Dr Ginn and his staff are professionals in every aspect!!!! They follow up to assure the doctors recomendations are clear. Once prescriptions are called in to the pharmacy they follow up in making you know they personally spoke with a pharmacy member instead of just leaving a voice mail. They follow up with text messages to remind you of your appointment which is most helpful. Dr Ginn makes sure you have a clear understanding of your dental issues and works with you for creating a plan on how to treat. Dr Ginn does not think his patients should be in any pain. He will immediately fit you into the schedule and makes sure you have his cell phone for emergency. My family loves him . His staff all have good work ethics and you feel really special even if you go in for just a cleaning. My family and I have been following Dr Ginn for over 20 years! I feel blessed that one of my friends cared enough about the pain I was having in a root canal that dragged me to see him. Just like that - he agreed to see me. I remember how he got me out of the pain and treated my issue. At the age of 61 he did not think I was too old to fix my teeth . I didn’t like my shifting teeth over the years and introduced me to Invisalign - putting my teeth onto proper placement. I was diligent with his plan and we both loved the results! We will follow him wherever he goes!
It’s been another year of wonderful care from Dr Ginn and his office. They are all courteous and pleasant. They keep up on their educational new products and procedures. I appreciate the reminders for appointment dates and when to pre - medicate. My teeth have nasty staining from tea and coffee- Liz does an amazing job in cleaning them. Thank you Dr Ginn for your dedication to quality work .

Had my dental cleaning and exam at Dr Ginn’s office today. The office was clean and COVID ready. The staff was courteous and professional. All my dental needs were addressed and dealt with. The hygentist ( Liz) cleaned my teeth and took X-rays and pictures painfree!! Thank you Dr Ralph!!

There isn't any other dentist/hygienist or dental office I would ever recommend other than Dr. Ginn and Liz at My Care Dental. They look out and care for their patients wholeheartedly. From the time you walk in and are greeted by Tracy and Rachel, you feel at home. Then once you see Liz, she takes great care of you and makes sure to explain everything step-by-step. Once Dr. Ginn comes in, not only is he an excellent dentist but he is someone who you can trust and knows today's updated technology, as you can see by their electronic medical record. I have been a patient for over 27 years and everyone I recommend My Care Dental to calls me and says, "you are right, they are a great team who took awesome care of me."
