Our dentist in Elmhurst had retired and we didn't know where we should go for a new dentist. Someone had mentioned Metro Square Dental. My husband needed a dentist rather quickly and we called them. They got him in immediately. Ever since we have been going there. We just love them and usually you don't say you love going to the dentist but they are just that good. Professional and friendly. Glad we found them.

FIRST AND LAST TIME!
Wednesday, December 14, 2022. I called in Metro Square Dental Associates to make an appointment as "first time" for cleaning and X-rays. After the intake, the office representative scheduled me for Saturday, 12/17/2022 at 9:00AM. I arrived to the parking lot and called of the premises and called the office to confirm the suite number, and I was informed that my appointment was cancelled. The hygienist was not in and they needed to re-schedule my appointment. I was very upset/disappointed at lack of professionalism for not calling me and providing me with advance notification of the cancellation. The representative that did the intake call on Wednesday should have notated my contact information. After waking up so early to make it to my appointment, not being notified of the cancellation, and driving to the location to find out it was cancelled was extremely unprofessional. To be told that they have not more appointments on Saturdays of this month. This is the first and last time I call this dentist office to make an appointment. The office personnel is not paying attention and is not prompt at reaching patients. Based on the reviews, I see that you comment on the positive reviews, however fail to comment on the negative reviews.

4 weeks of delay in getting a dental cleaning appointment through Insurance seems like a lot of time. There must be a better way for faster and real time addressing of cleaning request instead of expecting patients to plan weeks and months in advance
