So, I'm extremely afraid of the dentist due to traumatic experiences as a child. My teeth have paid for it over the years.
Let me tell you, everyone here, staff and doctors, are so nice. First time, I've had dental work done (crown prep and crown) with no pain and no novacain. A dentist I don't have to be afraid of.
I would highly recommend going here.

I never write reviews, that’s how you know it’s bad. I went for a cleaning last week and expressed concern towards the pain between my newfound gap by my back molars. He barely checked and said “no cavities” after my quick cleaning (this is a lie). Waiting is unbelievable. I waited for nearly an hour past my scheduled time. I went to a new dentist (out of pocket) for a second opinion. Her technology was much better and she found three cavities (two in the early stages and one is already a hole). WITH PICTURES. How could he have not found this? I’m unbelievably disappointed and will NEVER be returning here again.

Don’t waste your time here guys me and my cousin needed braces and they said we need them urgently and it was very important when we went all the way to orland for nothing they rejected us and said we did not need them. We went there for nothing. They said if we wanted braces we had to pay $6000 and let me remind you. Our teeth are super messed up. My brother also had cavities and they said they’ll fix it up and make it better. He still had it. They didn’t do nothing about it. This place is horrible.

THIS PLACE IS THE WORST. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. They had to fix my cavity twice within 3 weeks and went today for the 3rd time with the OWNER this time and waited 45 minutes just to let me know it will be another 20 minutes. I had to pick my kids up by that time. Then after I confirmed that I can come back later today that was fine only to get a call to say, I think you should see the original doctor, what after she messed up twice . They will never get me business again. BEWARE

Appointments are double booked and patients are not being treated in a timely fashion. The doctor is making so much money she should at the very least hire reputable dental hygienist to properly clean teeth. So that she can focus on other things that a doctor should be doing not cleaning teeth. There is no excuse for this. Also complimentary Dental packs should be given to each and every patient after a cleaning as well as a fluoride treatment and efficient debriding as well as a thorough gingival examination including extra oral and intraoral. Also prices are extremely expensive and seems like a scam. Dental assistants nor doctors should be doing the job of a certified Dental hygienist there needs to be hygienists staffed at that in every location. Also a greater Focus on Dental self-care rather than removing teeth that can be salvaged. I was not impressed also instrumentation should be checked prior to use as when I was in the facility things were not in working order I was deeply surprised that this doctor has two educated children and yet she fails to produce a credible facility with credible staff it is just mind blowing money is NOT everything you have to have good quality patient care at the Forefront of any practice DO some changes this early in the year ASAP!!

Dr Nicholas and his assistant Samira did a great job for me. I was super scared and they relaxed me and did bone graft surgery. I didn’t have any pain or problems after this visit. Highly recommended. I will be back for sure. Thank you guys.

This place is awesome. I’ve been going here since my son was 11 months, he’s now 2 and every visit has been phenomenal. They handle everything with care. I love it here!

It's been 6mos since I was last there. It was like starting over except this time it felt cold. Nothing was picked up from where I left off. Last was that I was too have a deep cleaning, no mention was made is that. I got a cleaning and was told of teeth I need pulled. I have a crown that was done from here before, doesn't even match my other teeth. There was no effort to even try to match it.
This visit was not the best for me. The tech was very nice and sympathetic to how I felt about my teeth.

Orland Advanced Dentistry Worth is THE worst dentistry clinic. They trick they’re customers into paying fees they did not know were included. They treat their customers with disrespect. My complaint is not the first one. Many other customers on the internet have talked about the terrible experience they’ve had at Orland Advanced clinic.
