I had the best experience at this place hands-down this will be my new dentist. One they have availability their work is great their customer service is outstanding and they do much much more. Let me start out saying that I had time with my dentist to ask questions and get knowledgeable information it wasn’t an In-N-Out cleaning they actually care here. Also my biggest appreciation is to Samir’s she went above and beyond my cleaning I never in my 30year had a cleaning so precise so well done I was shocked she was gentle got every nook and cranny . She observed my teeth and told me more things I should be taking care of . they really care here. This dentist provides the best customer service and takes care of your teeth absolutely right and they have the best staff working there specially Samira. Next appreciation goes to Nicole she is beyond helpful and great at her job she know her stuff and her customer service is 10/10 . Once again I recommend this place to everyone. From the dentist great of skills, friendly customer service and amazing staff you guys really did it . Never would I say I had a great time at the dentist off but I did .

The reason you Make an appointment with a doctor so you don’t have to Waite for other patients to finish with their business, if I wait 10 minutes beyond my appointment time that’s not acceptable.

This is my first visit, when I called the receptionist was very nice, she allowed me to come in to be seen even though I didn't have an appointment, the facility was clean with hand sanitizer for our use. She told me a little about the owner who had entered and spoke with a smile, he was very friendly, the energy was great. They allowed me to do a payment plan for what my insurance doesn't cover. I am glad I found this place and I will refer them to others. For me, when I'm new to a place, I check for cleanliness, professionalism, and how I am valued, they passed all 3 of these for me.
I wrote this a while ago and since then have been back several times. My dentist ( female ) is cool. My daughter went today 8 20 22 and had a male dentist that was very rude to her, she said he was very sarcastic and didn't give her a welcoming experience. Sad thing is, I referred her.Will she go back, no. Will she refer them? No. My experience was fine because my dentist showed that she cared about my concern. The thing about companies now adays is that all consumers have to do is be honest about their experience and share it for the world to see. This may be good or bad for the business so companies should be aware to treat their customers right. I read reviews before I go to any restaurant, doctor, or anywhere then decide if I want to go or not.
If she was the type to create a video about her experience and about how sarcastic the dentist was, this would definitely hurt their business. For me, I'm willing to continue going, if I ever feel rushed or mistreated I will post about it.

I have been a patient of Orland Advanced Dentistry for several years along with my family. Dr. Asfour, her associate doctors and stuff are very friendly and competent. I do my routine check up, cleaning, Root canal an implant, all in the same office. I am super excited about the new addition of Orthodontist services and I am planning to take my kids there. They have 2 convenient locations, one in Orland Park and one in Worth. They accept most of the insurances and both offices are open Monday through Saturday. They conveniently open late so I never pulled my kids out of school for their dentist appointment. I encourage everyone to visit them and experience all the great services they provide.
