I wish i could leave 0 stars. The only doctor worth going for here was Dr.Benes (whom doesn’t any longer according to reception). The receptionist are very rude, uninviting, and the dentists are snappy and rude. A female dentist here (i wish I remembered her name) told me to calm down almost screaming at me, when I calmly asked a question and it wasn’t the first time. The dentist and receptionists were also supposed to send in an authorization for dental work to my insurance, called me to say it was declined, yet they never even sent in an authorization to my provider whom I just got off the phone with. They let my out the door with an infection twice. Go somewhere that cares about their patients. I’m sure the receptionists are family members as well because if they worked anywhere else they would be fired.

Dr. Lodhi. Is WONDERFUL! Orland Dental provides pain free dentistry in a clean, safe environment. I could not be more happy with the work she has done. Her and her assistant work well together to keep everyone 😃 a beautiful smile. I will continue to be a patient as long as they will have me! Many many thanks Orland Dental.

I am a grown adult who have had dentist fears. Dr Sarsour is gentle and caring. The office is calming and professional. I am very pleased with my visits. I also had my brother see her for an emergency tooth problem. She seen him and took care of his problem right away! He also is very happy with his visit.

I personally canceled, I will not go here again!
1. Will not do any work on my teeth because they claim my insurance will not pay!
I now have a dentist who has already fixed my cavities and clean without a problem from my insurance!
2 the assistant broke my teeth and played it off like it was nothing, I’ve now had to file a claim
3 once I canceled they still billed my insurance stating I went for the visit knowing damn well I stopped being a patient!
Thankfully I’ll leave an amazing review on my new dentist which deserves all the credit!
