This is the BEST place to go for dental work. Dr Toole and his staff are highly professional and very kind. I started taking my 87 year old mother there and she thinks the world of Dr Toole and his staff. Dr Toole is ALWAYS in a good mood and I never feel rushed. I’ve NEVER had my appointment cancelled or moved unless it was of my doing. Dr Toole welcomes all patients and has been perfect with taking care of my mother my wife my two sons and myself. If my sons (when younger) had a hygiene issue the staff and Dr Toole took the time to explain so my young son got the importance of properly brushing and flossing. As it pertains to x-rays, Dr Toole and his staff keep meticulous records and know when it’s the exact time to take an x-ray I leave that to the professionals. To sum up my review Dr Toole and his staff are absolutely the best and they welcome ALL, my family could not be happier with the Toole practice. 😀

If you know me, you know I have not always trusted Dentist's to look out for my best interest. I have experienced the 'corporate' Dentist and felt like a piggy bank. I completely trust Dr. Toole to give me an honest assessment. I never feel like he is arbitrarily suggesting treatments. It's nice to feel safe at the Dentist.

I have been going to Toole Dentistry for several years now. At first they were super nice and Dr. Toole was so friendly. As of late, everyone is not as friendly, I always have a new hygienist each visit. It is just something that I have noticed my last three or four visits. Also, when I became a patient here I was told I would get free whitening bleach as long as I was a patient. That started out great, but has since dwindled down to almost nothing. Started out at 5 tubes per 6 month visit then 3 tubes and down to 2 now with less in them then before. Years ago I would have given a 5 star but have been a little disappointed last few years. I guess as the business grows the friendly atmosphere goes.

I don’t know what this practice is like now, hopefully better than when I was a patient in 2011. I had new dentures made, in hopes of keeping my uppers, as they were still fine. Granted Dr.Toole was right out Dental school at the time. I thought that would be a good thing, that he would know all the new techniques. It was a horrible experience. The office staff so disorganized. It took the longest time for me to get my dentures. Wasn’t able to keep my uppers, due to the fact that Dr. Toole ruined them. I wouldn’t want anyone to go through the ordeal that I did go through. I was still charged and had to pay for the new uppers even though Dr. Toole was responsible for ruining them. Don’t know why it’s taking me all these years to write this review, it has bothered me all this time. I think it’s because it’s time for me to have new dentures made again which got me to thinking about this horrible ordeal I went through.

Our son needed a frenectomy (you know, cutting that little bit of tissue between your gum and cheek). Our family dentist does not provide this service, so our daughter recommended Dr. Toole, as he had performed a frenectomy on our grandson. Dr. Toole gladly agreed to see our son, reviewed his condition, and did the laser surgery that same morning. Dr. Toole did a great job, and he and his staff are both friendly and efficient. We highly recommend him for your family dental needs!

Dr. Toole's office is calm and peaceful. The Doctor and his staff explain everything calmly at the beginning of every treatment, and as the treatment is progressing. I have an anxious child who is VERY comfortable here. We have been using this office for probably 9years. I would never take my kids anywhere else.
