I would have given negative star if I would have had any option. This is not dental clinic. It's a scam. Really It's a scam..! I don't know how this clinic is being allowed to run ? Seriously!. My wife recently received treatment here for root canal, Crown and extraction of 2 teeth . We ware given estimate of $650 -$660 of my portions excluding the insurance. They told us that the estimate is not 100% accurate and it might vary for $20 -$50 at max. But they gave me bill of $1341.00 which I had to pay. When we asked why the the actual is 200% of the estimate?, they told that my insurance did not pay that much as they expected. They did not tel me right estimation because they knew if they tell the right estimation, no one will come to them. Total bill they charged it - $3244 for 1 Crown, 1 Root Canal , and 2 teeth extraction. I am sure you would find some better dentist in much cheaper rate.
Beware - If someone is planing to visiting here. Don't rely on the estimated figure. Be ready to pay almost double of the estimate. They will blame on your insurance cover and other things.
Pros- Nice ambiance. few good staff. Good for reach people for whom $1000 or $500 is not a big money .
Cons - Their agenda is to get as maximum amount from your pocket.

I have been going to Dr. Kristoff's office for years. My husband and kids go there as well. It is so convenient and the staff are super friendly. Another thing I love is the convenience of the location and the fact that the staff are always punctual and very detailed with their services. I just finished 53 trays of Invisalign and they made the appointments quick and easy and I got great results! They take time to ask about your family and really get to know you! I would recommend their office in a heartbeat! Sincerely, Kelly Meyer

Been going here since 2014. Great customer service, very nice and helpful. Do a great job of explaining insurance benefits. They don't reccomend having dental work done just to generate an invoice. They are very fair and always take good care of us.

Dr and Mrs. Pauley and Connie are the absolute best dental representation I have ever experienced. Not only are they all so highly skilled but they really care about their patients. I have been going to them for years and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist.

I was a patient of Dr. Pauley. When a tooth broke, I called in panic to make an appointment, only to learn that Dr. Pauley had moved. Fortunately, Dr. Waghela could see me in 30 minutes. I can't begin to describe how wonderful she and Albert were throughout the process needed to repair my tooth. They are both thoroughly professional, and wonderful in calming my worries and providing and explaining information needed to select a treatment plan. She also corrected a problem which Dr. Pauley had left untreated. I would have appreciated notification when Dr. Pauley left, but am thankful that I am now a patient of Dr. Waghela.

I had a very good experience today at Dr. Kristoff’s dental office. Ezra the dental hygienist went out of her way to make me comfortable because I have anxiety with the procedures. She is very kind and calming. Dr. Kristoff is good too. I have been going to this office for over 10 years. I would recommend them.

I used to go to this practice, and saw Dr.Pauley. He was wonderful along with his staff. I had a toothache recently, saw Dr. Pauley and he recommended that I have a root canal which I did. I called Dr. Pauley to make an appt for a crown. I was told he no longer works here. WHAT??? I asked where is he now. They did not know. I had to find a new dentist because I did not want to deal with their unsavory practice.

The staff has always been helpful and Dr. Dave has always provided excellent care since he bought the practice from Dr. Johnson back in the day. His team is well versed in all the work they do and I’ve never had a problem. The office is easy to get to and has sufficient parking.

Dentist great hygienist great. I don’t like their new billing rules. You have to pay upfront balance and when insurance pays they cut you a check and not the entire amount if someone else in your family has an outstanding visit. No way to put the money from the check back into my Hsa account. Frustrating

Read the fine print on coupon. It’s a scam. Read the fine print on coupon. It’s a scam. **EDIT** I was going to leave this alone and write it off to poor business practice, but the office decided to text me and reword the coupon. Their text: “The fine print on the coupon does not sate that you will get a cleaning on the same day. It states tat the cleaning is included in the absence of Periodontal disease” – Where?
The coupon I received in the mail stated for $59.99 I would receive a "Cleaning Exam, x-rays, and a consultation". After receiving the exam, I asked about the cleaning and the technician told me I would have to take it up with the front office. I asked about the coupon and the receptionist stated " There isn't a comma after "cleaning". We have issues with this all the time and I wish it were reworded"
The receptionist then tried to charge me for the “Kids Check up” (after I refused to pay the $59.99) for $29.99 which includes exam, x rays and a consultation. The bottom of the coupon for $19.99 includes “exam, x rays and consultation” – which is all I received, and I told her that is all I will pay for.
She got an attitude and said she wasn’t going to argue with me but would accept the $19.99. After paying I had to ask twice for a receipt. Attached are photos of our text as well as a screen shot of their online coupon which states $59.99 Cleaning, Exam & X-rays. Mind you this is the same office that said I had 5 cavities and gingivitis.
I went to a dentist 5 minutes down the road the next day and was told “You may develop one cavity if you do not keep this particular area clean. There is no sign of gingivitis, this seems like a cash grab to me.”
Attached is a photo of the coupon on their website which does have a comma after cleaning.
I would not recommend this business due to misleading advertising, unprofessional staff, and the fact they would rather argue over text than admit it’s a mistake on their end.
