First of all, from the minute I came into the office I felt a sense of friendliness you just don’t see that quickly when interacting with staff members.
Yet the employees upfront were talking and laughing. When i came to the front desk they just wrapped me in The friendly spirit as well.
I was quite impressed with the Customer Service atmosphere that was cultivated. I said to myself “oh this is probably just the front people”….. yeah from the person taking my insurance information to the time I was sitting in the chair waiting my turn there was nothing but professionalism and courtesy, even between each other. They made me feel like I was the only patient they had that day and they had a office full of people. the place was very busy.
What caught my attention is how intuitive reading the monitor above you was and they kept you in the loop as to what they were doing to you it put you at ease at every level. The dentist himself was quite impressive it was clear he knew what he was doing but to have people skills as well. And you could tell it was not a gimmick the people really cared. Every time I ask a question, they would stop and answer it. The dentist, Dr Wung, himself lead by example.

They do a job good of remembering who you are. Real people doing a damn good job at making you feel comfortable because let's be honest here, no one likes going to the dentist.
