The staff is great but the billing department is not. We payed for procedures that my insurance payed for in full. It took this review and over six months for me to get refund. They said they didn't have to refund us for up to a year. (Which I think is the max by law) we weren't contacted untill I posted this review, and not because they owed us money but because I gave them 1 star.

The staff is so professional and courteous. My hygienist was very thorough and explained everything she was doing and what I could expect. She and the doctor answered all my questions and made me feel at ease. I couldn’t recommend this office enough!

I have great anxiety with going to the dentist in general and the Doctor and the staff made me feel very comfortable and made sure I was ok the whole time. After Dentistry plus next door couldn't extract my tooth(🙄). Dr. Jung sqeezed me in even though he had other patients! He was so nice and veeeery good with extracting my wisdom tooth. I kid you not he had my tooth pulled in ONE MINUTE tops! His assistants were all super kind as well and treated me as if I had gone there my whole life! Honestly he was amazing and had me in and out in probably 45 mins, and thats mostly because the numbing shots take a while to set in haha. Definitely recommend!

Had not been at this office since 2006 but the treatment of professionalism was great. They dont criticize how your cared for your teeth in the past they focus on a game plan to get them and your smile restored. Don't know why I left here but I'm glad I'm back. Cant wait for the end results. 2 missing and a gap. Dr Jung got a plan . Thanks Clarksville Dentistry. Got Gas ??? Oh yeah.
