Caution: Not good at making quotes for services. Was quoted $530 for a certain procedure that included being sedated. The sedation cost right at $200 so I elected to stay awake during the procedure which should have brought the bill to right around $330. I decided to have the procedure done and was surprised that I received an $1100 dollar bill in the mail from the services that I was just quoted as being $330. I called Dental Solutions and they basically had an Oh well attitude, and that they wanted their money. I paid the bill and removed myself and 5 other family members from ever receiving services from this company again. I can understand being a little off on a quote but I cannot afford for them to be off by that much, especially with as many as I have in my family.

I was a complete basket case the first time I met Dr. Sitaram, but I had nothing to fear. He is that rare combination of professional -- warm and compassionate but also so knowledgeable and thorough. He stays extremely current on trainings and technology to provide the best care possible for his patients. From the instant you step foot into his office, you know you are in very capable hands. In addition to my overall dental health, Dr. Sitaram also monitors my TMJ issues, which I very much appreciate. My fears over recent molar extractions were quickly put to rest, and everything went just fine. Everyone helped to put me completely at ease. I cannot recommend Dr. Sitaram and the Dental Solutions team highly enough.

Everyone from the receptionist to the Dr are friendly, enthusiastic, and caring. Going to the dentist can be a stressful and anxious thing, but they make it pleasant and easy.

Would Not Recommend At All.
I visited to get my annual free dental cleaning done and after initial screening they basically they told me that I need advanced care and it would cost me $130 (out of pocket). I told them that at this point all I need is the free clean up covered by my insurance and they said they can't do that. This is first time I have seen someone denying the cleaning saying that I need advanced care. I have been getting the clean up done for last several years and I've never seen something like this. For sure I did not receive the service that I wanted to get.
