I went in for a consultation and I found the nurses and dentist to be efficient, kind and informative. They took x-rays of my problem tooth and when they realized how bad it was removed it for me on the spot. They could have easily made me schedule a new appointment or given themselves more money by offering to do a root canal first which would have been ultimately ineffective in my tooth's case. They were sympathetic to my pain and listened. The price for the removal was also very good and eliminated a lot of financial stress for me.

My filling fell out on a Friday. I left a message about it and before they could call me back I called again as soon as they opened.
They got me in that day within a half hour and fixed it . The put a cap on this time. I would say it was a good experience considering what it was.
I have been going here for years and I really like it Dr. Sitaram is a great guy and everyone that works there.

I feel like this is the most comfortable dentist to go to. I've been going there since my son was 4 and now he's 14! I love that some of the staff are the same as when we first started going, and they remember us by name, which makes me feel just at home. I recommend going here if you want to feel comfortable and safe knowing people are taking good care of you.

I moved an hour away from Columbus and I still make the trip down just so I am able to continue to go to this place! Everyone is so kind. They are extremely personable and professional. I have had cleanings to minor surgeries here and have nothing negative to say what so ever. I trust the hygienists and Dr Sitaram completely! I have never been a fan of the dentist, but they actually make me look forward to it. I appreciate all of you more than you know!

I always receive the most kind, compassionate care from Dr. Sitaram; he always has treated me with respect and an extremely professional attitude! I have also always received excellent care from the dental hygienists as well, both kind an professional. I highly recommend!

If you are looking for a holistic dentist this isn’t the place.I found this place that promotes doing the safe removal of amalgam fillings using the SMART protocol. When I called the office they described the precautions they use when removing the amalgams which was the one that I was expecting to get. I got the insurance they told me they are in network with and I had to wait six months to go with them and be covered. The day of the removal I had to drive from Indianapolis in the snow but it was all worth it because my amalgams were going to be removed “safely”. I got the anesthesia 3 shots!!! I was very numbed and kept waiting to be translated to the special room where the process would take place. The only “precaution” used was a wet towel over my eyes. By the time he started drilling it was too late I couldn’t even talk so he went ahead and did the removal. There was not use of a dental dam, special ventilation to take amalgams vapors out of the room. Binders were no given to rinse before/after of removal. No special protection for parts of the skin exposed or hair. No respiratory mask. No to mention the worse when he said he was done I could feel all the amalgam pieces in the back of my throat. I had to go to the restroom and rinse my mouth thoroughly many many times while pieces of amalgam keep coming out. Well this is not it. He didn’t even fixed my bite. I had to eat in agony and in pain for a week and pay my regular dentist to fix my bite.

Dental Solutions of Columbus is one of the most professional/competent/ nicest dentists office I have ever been to in any cities I have lived in. From the receptionist to the Dr. always nice , on time, and very thorough. I've had several different dental hygienists and they have all been great! Would highly recommend this office!

This place is awesome! I had a tooth that was broken and needed to come out, and they had me in and out of the office in under 30 minutes. The dentist was amazing, and the other office staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!!!
