Everyone was very friendly and it is so close to my home. However, I was given an estimate on a crown after the work was done it was nearly double the estimate. Then they dropped my insurance while one of the other tooths they fixed the cavity on fell out. Now they accept my insurance again, but the trust in the work and estimated billing process has me upset. Another thing that has me baffled. 3 months after a clear diagnosis from another local dentist . I go there for the 1st time they say I need 4 crowns. My family wants to use them, but the trust is gone at this point.

I’ve had so many bad experiences that have left me with so much anxiety about seeing the dentist. I will usually wait until I’m in unbearable pain to make an appointment, but that all changed when I started going here. I have now seen all 3 dentist here and 2 of the assistant’s and they are all amazing!

So friendly and helpful. I had fallen hard on my face and broke my 3 front teeth and Dr. Hayes got me in right away and took care of my teeth quick, pulled my teeth and got me into a flipper so I could smile again. He don’t know this but I thank him everyday for fixing my smile. Now I’m waiting to get implants . Thank you Dr. Hayes and staff ☺️

The staff has been so warm and welcoming. I was in a lot of pain needing a root canal for a very infected tooth and Sally Marshall and Dr. Hayes were wonderful to me. The root canal was painless. Sally placed a temporary crown on that honestly was the most comfortable crown I’ve ever had! Today my permanent crown went on. I’m so pleased with my new crown. I will recommend this office to everyone I know.
