I’ve been coming here for years for both cleanings and fillings and they’re always professional and friendly! They’re always able to get me in within a few days for appointments.

In the past, I had never before visited a dentist who didn't cause me severe pain when getting work done. I had developed an exceedingly deep fear of going to the dentist as a result. Dr. Hayes completely shattered that fear. I have gotten several fillings and a crown done by him, and not once have I felt even a twinge of pain by his hand in the three years or so I've been going to his office. Additionally, he works very quickly. My fillings were all finished within 10 or 15 minutes, and the crown was done in less than 20. Both he and his staff are extremely skilled at their work and are also exceptionally caring and attentive. They are one of a kind; probably one of the best dental offices in the country. I feel confident saying that because I've visited many dentists in seven states so far. Great work, folks. Thank you for being as amazing as you are.

All of the staff is very nice and makes sure you feel comfortable. Dr. Hayes is an awesome dentist he always makes sure your doing well and is very caring.

This is the first and ONLY time I have had my teeth cleaned with NO pain whatsoever. This is especially amazing considering it's been about 20 years. Ally is wonderful and very gentle and patient.

Dr. Hayes and his team are so helpful, friendly and knowledgeable in their field. They are also very gentle with my younger daughters who used to be afraid of going to the dentist.

It's been a long time since I have gone to the dentist. Actually I'm embarrassed to say over 20 years. I had continuously bad experiences
with a dentist from East Chicago who, I thought, actually enjoyed causing me pain. I swore I would never go to the dentist again and would just deal with everything. That's a great plan until you have a toothache that makes you feel like the top of your head is coming off.
I knuckled under and went to Dr Hayes office in Winfield because the pain was so intense. The receptionist set me up with an appointment the next day which I thought was unheard of. I have never had a doctor say come in the next day for service. The next day when I met Dr Hayes he checked everything out found out what the problem was and gave me options for treatment. I still wasn't comfortable with this guy, that I didn't know, and therefore didn't really trust. But, again, I was in so much pain I had to take a chance.
I was honest with him, and he spent time just listening to me about the bad situations I had to endure with my last dentist and why I haven't been back to a dentist. Dr Hayes actually apologized for somebody else's mistreatment of my dental needs. To say that he was very compassionate while being very professional, is an understatement. My tooth was cracked and I needed a crown, not a little procedure. He made sure that I was numbed up properly, that he explained everything he was doing, that he continually stopped to check on me to make sure I was comfortable, and then even called me the following day at home to make sure that I was doing well. That is a great caring dentist.
I have now started using Dr Mousa as Dr Hayes has expanded his practice and sometimes I can't come in when he is there and have him take care of me. I spoke to him about this and he explained what a great doctor she is, and I have had nothing but good luck with her, but Dr Hayes stated we would work around that if need be. What a great doctor!!!!
Look, I'm still not excited about going to the dentist, but I no longer fear it and I no longer have the concern that I'm going to be hurt or just treated as money coming in their door. Everyone in this office is caring and professional, from the girls at the front desk who are very polite and helpful, to the dental hygienist who do the teeth cleaning, to the doctors who do the real work and magic in the back keeping your smile healthy.
This is now my second year with Dr Hayes and his staff and I will continue going here until the day they close the doors, or the good Lord calls me home.
If you need dental work, a cleaning, or whatever, THIS is the place to go if you have ANY fears or concerns. Be honest with them and tell them your concerns and fears and they will go out of their way to make you relax and provide the service you need in a very professional and caring manner without pain.
