Everyone there was extremely nice. They made me and my son feel very comfortable. Even though I was embarrassed at how long it was since I've been to the dentist. I dont care that its not in my network I will still always come here.

Excellent experience! I hadn’t been in the dentist in so long, every year I’d just grow more anxious. All the staff eased my anxiety, explained everything, and put me to ease. The process to schedule and complete the paperwork was convenient and easy. Highly recommend!

I have hated going to the dentist since I was little (bad experiences) but this is by far the best place I have been too. Everyone here is so nice and helpful. I hadn't been to the dentist in awhile so I've needed some work done and not once have I been scolded or made to feel bad about it like at other places. Dr. Hayes and his staff are always so nice and all of my work has been done great and the few times I have had issues they correct them so quickly. I recommend them to anybody needing dental care because this is the best office I have been to, ever.

Today we brought out 7 year old in for her first filling. We were told by a different dental professional that children often do better without there parents present. We sent her back and had opted for nitrous but my husband had his temp taken incase a parent was needed. Fast forward 20 mins and we hear her screaming in the back of the building. I went to the front desk and told them I needed to go back. They took me back and she did not have nitrous and the dentist was no where to be seen only assistants placing a filling. They then informed me that she didn't like the nitrous bc it was pulling her hair and that she wouldn't let them use the lidocaine bc of the needle so they were doing her filling without it which they never recieved parent permission for.. At no point did the doctor or anyone come to talk to us to see if having a parent would be helpful After speaking to the dentist on the phone bc we were so upset she admitted that the situation was not handled correctly.Then we had another dentist call for records bc we would not be back.. The manager monica told the person calling (who happens to be a family member of mine) that they asked my husband to come back 3 times. Which is untrue and unprofessional. To top it off they planned on charging us for the nitrous which was not used. Be careful bringing a child here we came in with a confident kid ready to see the dentist and she left traumatized.

Absolutely wonderful! The team at Advanced Dental Concepts in Winfield is awesome! We have a large family and can often be overwhelming for some places - the front desk team, Kayla & Lety are so patient, friendly and welcoming! Great quality of service across the board!
