and professional feel by the kind desk clerks. They have exceptional hygienists and physicians that took time to listen and explore problem dental areas I cared about versus unnecessary and costly repairs. They were able to get me a same day appointment in one of their many locations.

Couldn’t be happier with everyone in the office! Always very professional, kind and flexible to my work schedule. I would recommend anybody new to Northwest Indiana Or even anybody thinking about changing dentists to highly consider Advanced Dental Concepts.

Advanced Dental Concepts is without a doubt the best dental practice I've ever been to. I have spent many, many hours in a dental chair and the care and attention I have received is top notch. Everyone is so nice, respectful & caring. You know they are there for the patients well being, it's not just a job to them. I very strongly urge you to check them out, you will not be disappointed.

I am a huge baby when it comes to going to the dentist. This office has been absolutely great. My first impression when I called to schedule my appointment, they were extremely pleasant over the phone which is not always the case with offices. And Jamie the hygienist and Dr. Mousa have been absolutely amazing.

Came here for a broken tooth. Always scared of dentist. Kathy and Dr. Christine was amazing and made the process so simple and pain free. They also support EMS, Firefighters and Police. Kayla at the front desk was so sweet. The staff and service here is amazing!

I want to start off by saying that Dr. Hayes and his staff are incredible and I couldn’t recommend them more highly! Over the years I have had a lot of bad experiences with dentists, which had made me apprehensive about going at all. My girlfriend recommend Dr. Hayes, so I thought I would give it a shot. On my first visit I explained to Dr. Hayes that I was very nervous when it came to dentistry and have had bad experiences in the past. Both his staff and himself went above and beyond to make me comfortable, which really meant a lot. At this time it was the end of December and I hadn’t used any of my benefits. So while scheduling my appointment to get work done the next available was the beginning of January which meant I would lose my benefits. Dr. Hayes told me not to worry that he would stay late to help me so I wouldn’t lose money. I thought this was really above and beyond and was greatly appreciated! I really can’t say enough nice things about this place. Very highly recommended

My family and I have been patients of Dr. Hayes for many years and have always been extremely satisfied. I have been taking all 3 of my children to him from their very first visit and Dr. Hayes and his staff have always been warm and sensitive to the children's needs.
